If you want to get the accurate items from behind the counter for your vehicle, don't go to this location. They have maybe 2 women that know what they're doing. One of the dudes is clueless.

I came in today as a commercial customer, I tried to have parts delivered because I had customers waiting, I was told they had no drivers today so I drove over to the store to get the parts, when I walked in the lady who I think may have been the manager or incharge had a look of anger on her face she was short with people etc, I was waiting in line when my turn came I was told to go to commercial then the lady said the person over there was out it took one of the employees to say he is out making deliveries,
The lady was so short and angry I felting she should have stayed home that's probably why all the drivers called out today,
They have to get better management running this place because angry people turn others away even the employees didn't look happy working there under her.

I bought a wheel bearing hub from this store on 03/20/24. The lady who served was nice and apologetic because the box of the part wasn't in good condition and showed me the item to cnfirm that it was new condition. I appreciated that but my nightmare came when i returned the item yesterday 03/30/24 at the same store with my receipt but staff member ( name tag
Tadese). This guy knows nothing about customer service. First he asking me arrogantly what wanted i wanted and told him i returning an item, he then points to where i should find him on the last commputer, i walked over and handed him the recept and placed the box with part on the counter. He then asked, it didn't fit, i said yes, he says which car, i told him the car model , he also scanned both the receipt and the box, he then says, let confirm if both numbers match and yes they did.
He then looks at me and inspects the part to confirm condition, then asks but if its the same car, why would it not fit, i just didn't know what to tell him because i dont manufacturers car parts, i just said, listen the part didn't fit and I already had my car fixed so i just want to return this.
The guy took so much time that i was beginning to getting agitated and then he prints a receipt and tells me to go to another satff member to get my refund.
Walked over and while getting my card refund he walks over to the counter and says hold on, is this auctal part, i looked at the guy and told him to stop the profiling and unprofessionalism display, do i look like i manufacturer parts?
Imagine i drove all the way from DC to that store because that's where i purchased the part from only to be treated like a that.
Racial profiling and service discrimination is against the law and that individual needs to understand that.

It is so embarrassing when you come in as a long time customer and they denied helping. Pleaded they print my 2023 expensive but they refused. Those are my informations which I have right to at all time.

So disappointing the experience was horrible... I entered this location & the security guard looking extra & doing too much, the whole vibe was giving something out of a prison movie?... smh... A female employee was on the phone & didn't acknowledge me until I was about to leave. ? This place super sucks & after all that waiting they didn't even have what I needed. Won't go back there again? Definitely wasn't a friendly or customer service oriented experience ?

Parking lot be crowded and people be making they own parking spot. Other than that, the staff is cool and helpful.
