Wildly unprofessional and condescending. The pharmacist refused to apply a manufacturers coupon that clearly stated it would cover a prescription when processed with my insurance. They also used old insurance to process a prescription when I had updated my coverage. Unwilling to admit a mistake or offer assistance. I will not be going back.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly, and they delivered for free when I had a broken ankle. But most importantly, I feel like they are constantly advocating for and taking care of patients in every way they can. They get how difficult navigating health care and insurance can be, and they are always trying to make it a little easier. It would take lot to convince me to go elsewhere.

Really excellent staff. My wife and I went there today to get COVID vaccines. It was very busy and by the time they waited on us, it was technically too close to closing for them to give us the shots, but they vaccinated us anyway. Even though they had to close the store, they insisted we wait the mandatory 15 minutes for adverse effects, even though they clearly wanted to go home. At no time during my entire visit were the staff anything but cheerful and professional, despite being very busy. Clearly an excellent staff that works well together.

Friendly, courteous service. Switched from faceless corporation, CVS after too many false, "your Rx is ready" txts. Arrive at CVS midday only to see Rx window is closed for lunch... WTH? When Rx window was re-opened, it was not only NOT ready as per the txt, but was not even in stock.After switching over to L-Ville Rx, no lines, no out to lunch signs. Refreshing. The staff appreciates my business. They have a stake in this community. My community. -And they do all of it without tax abatements.Do the math. Shop where you are valued, where your local merchant is also your neighbor. It matters now more than ever.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to! Mike the pharmacist is super helpful in making calls to my insurance company to get things processed. They will also sync up all your monthly medications and put them in blister packs with the day of the week, date, timing of the dosage, and contents in each pack which is incredibly helpful when you take multiple medications. They always pick up their phone and it is never a long wait. Highly recommend Lutherville Pharmacy!

This pharmacy is an absolute gem. I switched over from target cvs to this pharmacy and could not be happier. There is never a long wait for anything. The people are so nice and helpful. And they have a post office. I can’t believe how convenient this place is!

The worst I been coming here since they open I have nothing but problems my son is a type 1 diabetic and it's always problems with his medication first they were overcharging me putting in requisitions for medicine for my son that I was not getting or they'll say the prescription is out of date I haven't came in there since July and I was just in there in December just bad business they run out of Medicine I would have to wait to get my full prescription when I supposed to get four valves of insulin I only get only two I have to wait until the next couple of days to come back and I live in the city this was before covid it's just the worst and I wish I could give it no stars . Not to mention they was over changing me for insulin I was getting 4 vows of humalog they was changing me $80.00 I just took the same prescription to rite aid they charge me $30 for 9 vows where's Lutherville was charging me $80 for 4 of insulin so they are overcharging for medicine I would never go back there ever

Pharmacy ordered specific meds for me that I can't find anywhere else. I've called 20 Pharmacies & they were the only ones who said they would try to get them. Unbelievably helpful, efficient, straightforward.
