I was dealing with the loss of my Mother tried many hotels were a dump . We got lucky go to the Sheraton at BWI Scott was outstanding to deal with !!!!!!! He went over above and beyond to help us !!! Ask for Scott Yarnall he is the BEST !! Hotel was amazing clean, nice and friendly !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH SCOTT !!!
