I stayed one night April 20, 2024. 3 days later I was charged another night and a holding fee. When trying to resolve the issue, the manager wasn't willing to listen to the issue. I called and asked for the number to corporate and finally the manager gets on the phone. Still no resolution. This is not a small mistake and the fact that it's this hard to get it resolved is a disappointment

I had a quick and easy check in, the room was nice, the AC works and the shower was hot. Everything was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable for a mid-level hotel. I definitely recommend.

The refrigerator and microwave kept making noises all night long. I called the front desk and the man was rude and stated there was nothing they can do and they can't switch my room . He said that there was no maintenance around and suggested that I unplug the fridge. I have food in the fridge and now it's all spoiled now. I wish there was a manager or someone on site to help resolve this best I travelled all the from California and unfortunately COULD NOT get a good night's rest or a warm meal.!!!!! BTW.... The 2 ladies who checked me in was super nice.Rooms: Please check and have working appliances or someone on site who can help when these situations occur

The room was beautiful. It was like a studio apartment. The bed was soooo uncomfortable. It was so much noise throughout the night that I barely slept. I heard doors closing all night and people walking past the window a few times during the night talking. They don't have continental breakfast, and the snack machine was higher than the stores. I would not stay here again.

I will start by saying I secured (and I use that word loosely) through Bring Fido who has partnered with this hotel. I was coming 850 miles to lay my mother to rest one month before her 96th birthday. On the day I was to checkin at 9 pm as I was completing my journey I get a call APOLOGIZING that the Queen Suite I had Paid for, was not available. The offer she made was to stuff myself (I’m a healthy size woman) and my husband with our 3 dogs ($75 non refundable fee) into a room with two double beds. After a 15hr ride exhausted, and still try to deal with my loss. I accepted with stipulation next day at 1100 when guests checked out they would have a room cleaned and ready (meaning WE had to move everything to the original room I rented. So now I will give my reason for rating I gave. I would have given 2 stars, but the young man Steven was the one bright point of this 2 star dump. Steven worked, with no manager on premise to help resolve my room issue. I have pictures of the SUITE ?. The elevator, entrance, hall ways all FIILTHY. Needs just basic care, and a manager with some pride in their job. The gym smelled and dirty towels no one cleared. Service is lacking, as with the Bring Fido upon checkin you are supposed to get Bowl, mat, to welcome them. Never happened. The girl at checkin was useless. No courtesy breakfast or coffee or any real common areas. Just give $$ and deal with it. My suggestion stay any place else, as this company is not customer oriented, and obviously don’t follow up on the managers inability to run a welcoming inn.Oh and no food in the area unless you want fast food burgers.Noteworthy details: FILTHY

I would not stay here again. For the price, there are better options in the area. This hotel is outdated. Dark hallways, and the rooms are nothing special when it comes to furniture and decor. The TV was small with very few channels. Parking is also not free. The front desk clerk mentioned an incidental fee multiple times but failed to tell me that I'd be charged a daily parking fee. There's also a $20 early check in fee. The Studio Suite looks more like a standard hotel room. This place is mediocre at best and does not feel like a three star hotel at all.

We had a very late flight and didn't arrive at the hotel until 2 a.m. Had we known it was like this, we would have gone elsewhere, but it was too late and we were exhausted. The sheets were extremely 'itchy' for lack of better terms. They were not anywhere near being soft or comfortable, and they barely fit the bed. The room smelled as if someone had just finished a marijuana party right before we entered. The hallway smelled odd and the elevator smelled very strong of some sort of cleaning solution - to the point I couldn't breathe very well. The bathroom was not very clean either. Definitely will not stay here again when flying out of BWI.

I booked a one night stay this past weekend for the Lions Ravens game and the Location and Staff were great! However there were a one thing not so great. Every single one of the dishes in the kitchen were very dirty and still had food/bacteria residue all over them & had to use paper towel to eat dinner. Please make sure to double check the dishes before use!

Very disappointed. We dropped my parents off for a one night stay and a few things struck us immediately. First, the hotel reeked of weed in the hallways. Second, the girl at the front desk assumes that because you are a minority, she should speak down to you and use "ghetto" terminology. Third,once my parents found their room and settled in, walked back to the front desk to request a wake up call. They never called/it was never received. We mistakenly went to the other Sonesta first before being redirected to this one where the reservation was actually made by my parents. My parents are elderly and I thought they would be treated to a nice stay. I was wrong. Never again.Rooms: Rooms were okNoteworthy details: No wake up call

I came from out of town for a wedding and booked the hotel for my overnight. The wedding shuttle was at 3:40pm from the Sheraton across the street. I arrived at Sonesta around 2:15pm for check-in. I proceeded with check-in, received my room key, and, after I put a credit card on file for incidentals, was made aware that I was “checking in early” and that there was a $20 early checkin fee that would be charged as an incidental. I asked - “2:15 is early checkin? Even though my room is ready and I have my key?” and the agent said yes. I was annoyed that this wasn’t mentioned previously, and that I was charged even though the service was already complete and did not have to be expedited upon my arrival.

For a last minute find, this hotel is simply that.The staff was pleasant, greeted us with enthusiasm and a smile.But outside of that, I don't have much else to say. This hotel was not clean; please see pictures below of our extra bugs that stayed with us, between the hallways & our actual room. In addition to that, the furniture was not the most modern, some of the chairs with chipped paint and faded material... along with whatever mystery white-stain was on the couch. I know staying in a hotel has it's okay risks... but to feel as if I need to supply my own blanket just to sit on the couch, I did not appreciate. I read some comments after confirming that hotel, and for the couple that stayed in this location for 3 weeks, I have no idea how they accomplished it.

Specifically picked because it had a pool & after checking in was told the pool was unavailable. Room lit with 25 & 40 watt bulbs in fixtures. Guide didn't work on tv.

Only giving this location a 5-star review because of the level of service I received from Kim at the front desk. She went above to make sure that we would have been comfortable with our stay.As far is the property itself, it left a lot to be desired. The room was clean, but dated. There was a stale and distinct smell, almost of urine.
