We woke up a couple of weeks ago to a brisk 62 degrees in the house. I called Hall’s at 745am and they were at my house by 9:00, fixed by 9:30! Wonderful customer service :)

I will not buck the reviews, either.Diagnosed the problem quickly for the emergency heating source that was not functioning on an old heating system. Very good to work with. Working the availability/cost of parts for an old system to trade with buying new. Rewired the heat pump so it would stay on till the hardware could be installed. Highly recommend there services.

Fantastic. My unit went down on a Sunday, they came the very next day. They immediately noticed my issue and had me back up and running in 30 minutes.
