This branch s horrible. I had to wait on the drive-thru teller line for 10 minutes before somebody acknowledged I was there and then another 10 minutes and still no action. I had to ask them for the check back so I can continue my date. Business people don't have and halve an hour to wait to make a 20k deposit. Go somewhere else. Management at this Bank should be replaced.

Horrible, customer service. There is never a manager on duty to resolve issues with the service. I JUST NEEDED TO FAX PAPERS TO THE MAIN OFFICE OF PNC--however Amanda, who is the greeter, is horrible! She has no people skills and looked at my papers and decided she would not help! BEWARE!

I am very disappointed from service and specially his manager Ashis he is very rude. And I ask him I need later how much balance in my account can you please print later and he said you have to book appointment for print single later he is doing nothing just seating in the chair and drink I don't know what he drink. but just for one later he denying me. and it's totally not acceptable for Customer. if I have chance I will give you negative review.

Very rude Service from his manager Ashis he is doing nothing and when I go for deposit he said you have to book appointment for deposit I never see this kind of service from any bank. very disappointed from his Service

I just wanted to say APPLAUSED to the supervisor that she was hiring Deaf personal banker. Also, I, myself Deaf customer and open new accounts with her. It shows that Communication access for Deaf people. My highly recommend is come and join with us. Who's Federal/Government employee, and/or Deaf/Hard of Hearing should join new membership of PNC There's several good programs. Thanks very much for opening on my new accounts. Have a great HOLIDAYS!!!!

Had an issue with a cashiers check and needed to stop payment on it and have another one issued. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!! No one there knew what to do or how to do it. I still don't have my check. The last excuse was there was no ink in the printer WTH!!!!!!!!! I have no issues with PNC as a whole but this branch sucks...............

I really dislike this branch. Customer service wise they are fine. But their ATMs are ALWAYS down! I have been inconvinced by this branch on MULTIPLE occasions! I have brought it to the employees attention, & of course they never know what's going on. I like PNC and the only problem I have ever encountered with them is at this branch!!!!! Moral of the story, use PNC but avoid this branch. Your time is guaranteed to be wasted

I am a Customer since 4 years now. I have always been greeted and taken care of my business in timely fashion. All problems are solved without problems. Overall, I see the wait time is better than any BOA or Capitol One bank.

I went to this location to cash in my check issued to PNC bank even though I'm not a PNC customer. However, the teller to my check and said he need to verify the check first and I said ok because I went same exact procedure in prior day, after waiting appoxmetly 10min he said he couldn't cash the check and insist to deposit to my own bank. I know I can deposit in my own bank before I came in to PNC, I needed explanation as why I can't cash the check the is written for PNC, I ask for The GM and this young black lady named Brittny if not mistaken came with a very rude and unprofessional attitude to argue with me instead of explaining as why I can't cash it like I just did it the day before she said it's a new policy that came today and suggested to deposit in my own bank. She the worst GM I have ever seen in helping customer at the bank level, I suggest some one need to address this issues before it come of hand. For her surprise I cash my check in a different PNC location in laurel with no problem. This is shame and ridiculous of her at her level.
