We went to this store to buy some cigars and when we walked in to go purchase some cigars in the humidor we were told that no steal leave your pocket book outside with her like we trust her. She never said hello just leave your pocket book outside of the humidor with her. I guess all black people use pocket books to steal cigars smh. Why work in black communities if your going to Racially profile black people ? again no hello , no greetings just leave your pocket book with her. We'll if you don't trust us to look and purchase cigars in a humidor with cameras than why would we trust you with our Personal belongings. Of course we left and didn't purchase anything. She was extremely Rude and racist!! We went to tobacco stop on route one in the shopping center with total wine and went into the humidor without any issues and purchase a couple hundred dollars ? worth of cigars like we always do when we walk into a humidor. Terrible service and it's safe to say we will never return. If I could give zero stars I would have !!

As a cigar smoker I am very happy. They had fat bottom Betty, fat bottom Betty gordito, sweet Jane, and leather roses. Amazing selection of Cohibas, as well as Perdomos and Romeo & Juliette. Absolutely amazing selection if cigars with a good set of travel humidors, moisture packets, clippers, ash trays, lighters, and all other stuff. I am very very happy as a Laurel resident and a cigar smoker!!!!!

I bought a cookies vape with 5000 from here yesterday around 5 pm. why it died yesterday at 9:55 pm. didnt even get 100 puffs from it. when I went back to the store today, to get an exchange, the lady refused to exchange or return it. She did not care that it didn’t even last 24 hours.

The store is selling stale tobacco and dried/non working vapes……purchased smokes and 2 vapes to take with me to Mexico only to get there with stale cigs and vapes that had dried and wasn’t working, when I returned to the store a week later they could care less and was only concerned with my next purchase, I walked out without buying anything and wouldn’t recommend this tobacco shop, save your money and go elsewhere

This place is probably good for a lot of other things but there cigars are absolutely garbage i think there cigar humidor can't be working because I haven't gotten a fresh cigar out of here yet come people we have got to do better

If I could give a negative number I would. I bought a vape 2 days ago and haven’t had time to bring it back because of work. I bring it in today with video of my vape hitting by itself and leaking juice for the past two days after no one answered and she refused to give me another one. Offered to give me 20% off a new one. Needless to say it was terrible customer service and they don’t have to worry about me coming back.

Bought a vape 2 weeks ago and was told they are ordering replacement coils that would arrive in a week. went in today and was told they don't have any and the manufacturer may not either? there was one in the showcase with another new vape but they couldn't sell me that because they're selling the entire package? don't buy it, they can't get replacement coils! taking my business elsewhere, anyone who knowingly sells a product they can't support just to get your money.

I frequent a lot of smoke shops and I will say they have a good product selection but the markups are crazy. Pack says $1.25 and they charge $3.50. That's a crazy markup.

Their disposable vapes are fake. They take like rubbing alcohol when you hit them. They will not take them back unless they don't work. They don't take responsibility for their fake products. I'd give zero stars if I could.

-0 stars. Let me preface this review with THIS... my first vape pen purchase was LESS THAN 10 DAYS AGO! That pen stopped working correctly. I thought maybe it might be due to a faulty/defective chamber, so I went to the store Mon 2/8/21 to speak w/owner/mgr, letting them know I must have received a dud. The 2 folks working there ask me to return the following day after 12 noon. That visit, I told them I'd just get a brand new chamber during the interim, just to see if that worked any better, and return later, to address the issues with the owner. They said okay. Once home, I open the package, pop it in, surprise... that brand-new chamber was EQUALLY DEFECTIVE... and literally fell apart in my hands as I was holding it. This brings us to today...Wednesday. I called 1st, to ensure "BossLady" was there this time.(since the entire experience and her customer service was so funky and foul... I'mma just call her B.O.Pun intended!) They tk a msg, w/she'll call me bk shortly. Abt 20 min later I got a call from the same guy, Id spoken w/in person, on Mon. He remembered exactly who I was, told me B.O. STILL wasn't available, but an employee named "Lindsay" could handle the return/exchange, and rectify the malfunctory device issues. I said ok, I'd be there shortly. Once at the shop, Lindsay, recc by B.O., is friendly and helpful, as a vape expert. She quickly apologized for my pen, sold by a diff employee,(who suddenly they say no longer works there) tells me that that was a known faulty device, and wldv sold something entirely different that she uses herself, which also happens to be the very same price as what I paid. Here's the issue. After taking my merch to the bk, to show B.O., who refused to come out and speak to me in person... Lindsey says all B.O. will do, is tk off 5% on ANOTHER brand new device! (now remember...mine is STILL NEW) She actually expected me to spend additional $$ patronizing her store for the THIRD time, in less than 10 days , to buy yet another item, equally likely to be defective, for which they undoubtedly, also deny culpability. They currently hv a handwritten sign that says no returns no exchanges...and this sign is new... It was never there initially. Quite clearly, the non-existent policy is NOT bcz of covid., as no one in the store took issue w/handling the very vape pen Id just had in my own mouth. Instead, I'd venture, it's the result of knowing they sell CRAP products, and stale tobacco merchandise, intent on committing FRAUD, theft by deception. Had this been handled appropriately, It's likely, I'd spent an even higher amount on a NEWER vape pen, per recc by Lindsey, as I trusted her knowledge and sound judgment...IF....B.O. had at least given her permission to credit the amount I'd already spent, toward the purchase of a new device. B.O. refused. After repeated failed efforts to coax B.O. out to speak w/me directly, I decided to go thru my bank directly, to have the transaction returned as fraud, since it was. Shameful, given that the onus lies with the merchant who sold me the problematic merchandise. I also found it hilarious, that B.O. wldnt show her face, didn't even want me to so much as know what her name was initially....AND sent Lindsey out to do her job and definitely her dirty work, while she stayed in the office hiding under her desk I guess? I later learned, B.O. has a penchant for abusing the power of the Laurel PD, to resolve her customer service issues, rather than deal with the customer directly. She just literally calls the police on people!! Can you imagine how things could escalate w/some individuals, if that were to happen? B.O. is a trip...and I can't imagine why any non-korean wld ever work for/with her, especially when this chick refuses to do her own damn job, but will sic some "Outsider-Muscle" on customers, in an attempt to do her bidding.... seemingly making them, the scapegoat.(MANY Korean establishments love to do this...as a way to displace the responsibility and blame

HORRIBLE STORE. I've been a regular here and brought 3 Hookahs from this store. I just purchased a hookah for $130 on October 30th and it broke on November 15th, not even 30 days. They won't let me exchange or refund me for even being a loyal customer. IF THERE WAS AN OPTION ON ZERO STARS THEY WOULD GET IT!!!!! Offended that I've spent so much money at this place. NEVER again!The staff told me they would have recommended another hookah but she didnt. So they will watch you make a bad purchase and not say anything to you! F.They will be reported the BBB.

Horrible establishment. I wouldn't recommend them if they were the last tobacco place left in earth. Thwir service is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY!!!
