Severely understaffed. Always end up waiting 30-45min to see a teller. 5 teller windows and only ever 1 or 2 working. And there is NEVER a teller at the drive thru window. Avoid!

They really don’t know what they are doing. Not only was I rudely dismissed, but they wouldn’t look at the supporting legal documents I brought to discuss my account. The staff needs more training in all areas, especially customer service.

Horrible customer service, understaffed and inept. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for many years, and have never had such an horrible experience as I did at the Largo branch. The banker was dismissive, unprofessional, unhelpful and basically told me I should bank somewhere else because Wells Fargo didn’t offer any accounts or products that would be sufficient. Would not recommend this branch.

Like I’m coming to cash my check if the bank close at 5pm it should be no reason why this bank is closed at 4:19 on a Friday this is crazy !

I'm looking for a new bank.Wells Fargo should be ashamed at how they staff their banks in the area.Not enough staff to handle their clients. Sometimes it's drive through only, sometimes it's lobby only. Either way, plan to always use your entire lunch break and then some sitting and waiting.

Has to be the worst location in Maryland. The inside is never open. The pandemic is over!! There is no reason why I can’t come inside and deposit money into my account. Absolutely ridiculous.

I just had a horrible experience with one of the bankers, I brought my 90 year old aunt to the bank to get a current bank statement so she could take to the MVA so she could get a replacement ID and the gentleman near the front was so rude and disgusting to her I had to tell him to check his attitude and when I asked for the manager her stated they didn't have one at this location.. Me and my aunt have had accounts here for almost 20 years and this type of behavior and level of unprofessionalism Is unacceptable ... I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office

BRANDON manager was very rude and unprofessional extremelyconfrontational, called me a clown and talked about my mother raising me after we had a back and forth about me wanted to pay inside , came off very unhinged like he has a personal life that's bothering him that's he taking to work it felt like maybe just a bad day for him I get it everyone has bad days buy his very out if bounds comments about my mother I thought were disgusting, I'll be following up with corporate to file a more serious complaint he should not be representing this company wells fargo is usually very good.

0 rating. ATM jam. Worst bank ever! 1st they are closed during banking hours. Force to use ATM machine and cash deposit got jam. Rang doorbell and person inside told me to call number on the back of my card, meanwhile no one puts up an out of order sign therefore, others continue to use the ATM with your cash struck inside (smh). 1-800 number customer service representative takes report and advises that it will take 10 business days to review before any funds are placed in your account. Note that this happened on 2/9/22 and they placed the wrong amount into my acct on 2/22/22. Another call to the 1-800 number, representative advises that the difference will be on my account in 48 hours (2/25/22). Funds were not placed on acct as advised by Wells Fargo. Another call on 2/28/22, went from being transferred from resolution specialist to executive office to claims specialist to resolution specialist to executive office (all in one day while being placed on hold for majority of the time) to someone who refused to give me her name. This person said stop calling and there wasn't a timeline as to when the correction will be made and to just monitor my account to see if and when it happens. UNACCEPTABLE! This is a short version of the story, long version is completely unbelievable that this sort of unprofessionalism is acceptable by a bank. My question is and was "when will the investigation be completed and when can I expect the additional funds to be placed in my account?" Wells Fargo answer - When the investigation is completed (no timeframe or date). SMH

This Wells Fargo is the worst. The ATM machines always can't take a deposit, especially on weekends. This is ridiculous. Always deposit unavailable.
