“I have been with PNC Bank since 2016. I joined this bank because of bad customer service from Wells Fargo Bank,Bank of America, and BB&T Banks. I have not had any problems with them or their ATM'S. I am enjoying Upper Marlboro, MD. So far, everyone has been great in customer service, even Military Bases.Wells Fargo compromised my account 3 times in 3 months in a row. Bank of America and BB&T treated me with bad customer service and as if I was the next potential bank robber and Racial Profiling.So far, PNC is the best bank in my opinion.I would recommend this bank to family and friends.”

“This bank is in a good location. Close to the main beltway and off a frequented street. Tellers are always nice and helpful. Hours are convenient and the drive thru tellers seem to go fairly quickly when you don't have that one "amateur/newbie" learning the ropes. I have made deposits and withdrawals at both the ATM outside, tellers inside as well as the drive thru with no problem. I'm pleased with both of my checking accounts and savings. They are great with catching charges that shouldn't go through and informing me accordingly. So far no complaints from me.”

“I went here to open an estate account on two separate occassions. I am giving 4 stars just because the 1st time I went, I was not pleased with the customer service. I felt that the woman I dealt with wasn't very much help at all, but I came back a few weeks later hesitantly with more of the information I needed. This time,Tiandra James helped me. Let me just say that she is an asset to this bank. She provided the best customer service I have personally received at any bank. I am not a Truist customer for my personal banking needs, but for the sake of contuity with my relative's estate finances, I eent with Truist. Not only is she the perfect blend of personable and professional, she is intelligent, knowledgeable and got me in and out faster than I thought.
