“I've been to several F45s throughout the country and this is by far the best one I've been to! The staff greeted me right away, made me feel welcomed, and showed me the lay out of the gym. There workouts are intense and you will definitely work up a sweat. My favorite days are Saturday's because the workouts are 60 minutes and I'm absolutely exhausted afterwards. The location has plenty of street parking and it is in a great area of DC.”

The environment is great for both newbies and the sculpted barre professional. They have a variety of class times to accommodate most schedules, from as early as 6 am to as late as 8 pm. The classes are challenging, but the instructors provide modifications for different strength levels. I have been attending classes at least twice a week for the last 6 weeks and definitely feel stronger. I recommend this studio.”
“Soldierfit will get you working. It's pretty chill in terms of the environment and it has tough equipment. There are really awesome trainers that will give you workouts so hard, it'll make you tired out. Soldierfit lives up to its name and the people who participate in the bootcamps are really dedicated and motivational. If you can handle the pricing, I recommend you join this gym.”

“Recently visited for a dance/twerk class!! The dance workout was so much fun it was so easy to forget its exercise! The workouts were simple yet challenging! Safe space, and I didn’t feel judged at all. All bodies and levels of dance are always welcome!!!! “GetStrong Fitness will definitely get you strong as the name states. Ty is a very knowledgeable and detail oriented trainer. He gives in-depth explanations of each exercise, muscled that will be worked, and a quick demo to ensure that your doing the exercises correctly. With Ty and I both being former athletes, he knows how to provide you with that “Coachspeak” some of us need to get you that extra push to maximize your work out. Since I started with Ty 3.5 months ago, I weighed 280lbs (6’6”) with a one rep bench press max of 135 pounds. Just this past Monday, my weight is down 13 pounds with a new one rep bench press max of 185. My overall strength has improved tremendously and I have never been more motivated to work out in my life. If you want the results, you are going to have to put in the work. I highly recommend Ty to aid you in pursuit of all your fitness goals. If your looking to bulk, shred or just be active in general, Ty has a program that fits your needs.”

We are now both there 5 days a week and are in better physical shape than we’ve ever been. The people are friendly, there’s enough equipment so I never have to wait, the equipment is clean and in great shape, and the classes are very beneficial. It’s big enough, but not too big. And we so enjoy the others who workout there also. There is a healthy, positive culture there, and that’s so important. Wellness for Life is truly a gem.”
“I love this gym! The vibe is amazing! They tend to have good music. Sometimes I wonder who's controlling the radio station lol. I'm working with a personal trainer there. Lawrence has been amazing. He's not only helping me with my goals, he's educating me on the different muscles and how to work them properly without getting injured. I highly recommend this gym.”

She customizes my workouts to meet my fitness goals and has also helped me with dietary changes, macros, etc. Brian is a wealth of knowledge with nutrition/fitness and recently conducted an informative nutrition class. Relatively new to solely weight training, I was nervous about the gym, but found the environment to be very friendly and welcoming. I wish I had found them sooner!”
“Just an update. I found out I was pregnant a few months after joining. They helped me continue training safely up until the end. I think I stopped when I was 37 weeks or so just because my feet were hurting too badly. I can't wait until my son is old enough to join me at class! Now, eleven weeks later, I'm starting back up again from scratch. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. I know that as long as I can find time to get to class, I'll be back in shape in no time!”
