My experience at this Lowe's Home Improvement store was positive. I shopped online for the product that I wanted. It was convenient to comparison shop online to compare products and prices. I made my purchase and selected curbside pickup. A few hours later I received an email saying my order was ready. I drove to the store and parked in a number space. I entered the space number in the confirmation email. And then a few minutes later a store associate placed the item in my vehicle. It was a great shopping experience for me.

Avoid lowes online and this store. They have no clue what is going on. Tldr; Waited 3 weeks for a Christmas tree to be delivered only to be stood up twice, maybe even a 3rd time. Inexcusablesndnobody seems to care. Full review I ordered 2 Christmas trees from lowes online and a few other items. Truck delivery scheduled for 2 weeks later. Email sent saying delivery is on track. Receive a call 30 minutes before saying they would arrive. Seems like a 5/5 experience. Trucks pulls up and the guy hands me a small box with a paper on it. Paper says "2 trees out of stock". First I learned of that. Told to call main customer service number. They say a "shipling manager from the large store will call you in 24 hrs". 3 days later, no call. I call the customer service number again and they the tree is in the warehouse and ready to ship. Great! Schedule for the next day. Email sent saying 10-2 delivery. 5 pm, no trees. Call customer service number again. "The tree wasn't loaded" even though it says it was ok my account and I waited ALL DAY! Again, told someone will call in 24 hours to reschedule a 3rd time. Not holding my breath.

They never have any employees here! I can never find help and it's very unorganized and messy! Go to another Lowe's.

I have ordered a washer on 5/20. I paid for it online, and the confirmed delivery was on 5/22. The washer was not delivered. I called them on 5/24 inquiring about my delivery. I was told by the customer service that they see my order in their system, and that they don't understand why it was not delivered to me, and told me they will call me back. They never called, so after 6 hours I called them back. Spoke with another customer care rep, who told me it was their mistake; they never loaded my order on the truck on 5/22. The rep rescheduled my delivery for 5/27. It was not delivered to me once again. I called them, and spoke with the customer service. They told me they don't have the unit in stock. I explained the situation, and I asked to speak with a manager. After several call backs, I was finally connected to a manager who told me he will look into it , and will call me back. Needless to say, no one ever called me. I called them back again after 4 hours, and after several calls and a long time on hold I spoke with on duty manager Dereck. He refused to provide his last name. I explained the situation, and basically he told me he can't help me except to cancell my order, or to place my order again. I explained that my delivrery was already confirmed twice, and I took leave twice from work to be home for it, and I demanded that Lowes makes it right. I told him that I don't necessarily need the washer they don't have in stock, but that I need a washer TODAY. He basically laughed at me . When I asked him how I file complaint against him and his store, he just told me to call 1-800-LOWES. Wow, what a customer service to a loyal customer who has spent many 1000's of Dollars in this store over the years! They did not screw my order once, but twice, and when I asked them to make it right, this Dereck guy who refused to properly identify himself basically laughed at me. I am considering taking a leagal action against them to compensate me for my 2 days off, and I will never buy anything from Lowes ever again. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will buy my washer elsewhere.

I have been on hold for over an hour waiting for assistance. The incompetent staff at both the customer service desk and pro desk should be retrained. They answer the phone and either scream PLEASE HOLD or put you on hold automatically. I have been trying to get transfered to doors and windows for over an hour. This is both unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I will take my business and money elsewhere.i was trying to replace my mother's doors at her home

Never go there! They do not care about customer service. I waited I asked for a grill to purchase and after waiting 30 mons they gave me a damaged grill and told me to wait for a manager to discount the grill. Manager never came to assist and after another 20 mins they told me they did not have anymore after I saw they had 15 online. I will never return to this store again and I am reminded why I shop at Home Depot.

This store is unprofessional, I and the husband have purchased a washer and dryer in September and were expected to receive delivery on October 2, 2021. Lowes reach out to us and told us that they gave our washer and dryer to another customer that was waiting before us, so we have to until the 10th for the new washer and dryer to come in. Today is the 10th and no one reach out as of yet for delivery. We called the lowes and they told us that we were rescheduled for 20th because all new washers and dryers come in all this week. This is so unacceptable. I would never order from Lowe's again.

I want to acknowledge the superior outstanding customer service provided by Derek Largo Lowes in Upper Marlboro MD. I placed an online Lowe's bath vanity order that was delivered and the vanity door was damaged. I called Lowe's customer service and they sent an inquiry/complaint to the local store. Only to find out that was the 'incorrect' method to resolve the delivery of the damaged vanity. Nonetheless, Derek/Derrick called the same day and proceeded to take matters in his hands to fix the issue. He arranged and scheduled pick up of the damaged vanity using a Lowe's local delivery service. Within 2 days, the vanity was picked up and a full refund issued to my credit card. It's refreshing to know EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE still exist. Derrick/Derek your patient, caring, friendly, prompt, and efficient customer service didn't go unnoticed. You are the BEST! Thank You!

The customer service is very bad. After selecting my items, I headed to the self checkout because of the lines at the cash registers were long. Self checkout was closed. They only had to cashiers ringing up customers and both had lines. I had no choice but to get in line. When it was my turn next to be rung up, he announces that he has to leave. Management instructs the cashier to leave but gives no explanation as to what is going on . Another cashier/supervisor goes to a register next to the one that I am waiting to be rung up and doesn't acknowledge me or apologize for the wait. The line behind me has grown but no one express empathy for our. Worst customer service ever!!

Just do not use Lowes. I ordered items for store 3 months ago, I gave the store time due to covid and possible restrictions they may be placing then in March then items came that I ordered AFTER my initial January order was placed I started to get upset and stressed. I called Lowes customer service and Largo store directly 7+ times where they allegedly rescheduled my delivery then proceeded to NOT deliver and not call to update me. Every time I call they say my date has been moved BACK?!?!?! This is the WORST home improvement store in the area go to Home Depot!

The background: I purchased a overhead microwave last Friday from the Largo MD Lowe's. The customer service representative was good. I went back on Monday morning to purchase a dishwasher, waited 45 minutes for someone to assist (with other customers) to no avail. So I left and went to the Bowie location. I informed the Bowie location that a third party would be delivering the microwave on Tuesday (the next day) and asked if they could add this to the delivery and installation. The Bowie MD customer service reps did that, and they also provided great service. Here is where it went left: the installers picked up the dishwasher from the Bowie location on Tuesday, but were told that I did not have a microwave for delivery at the Largo location (Largo set up the delivery!). So called the Largo location and told them I was coming to get my microwave and they said it was there and no one attempted to pick it up. BUT when I got there, the Largo location front customer service rep stated, "they did not have it." 10 minutes after my call! Then the front customer service rep called the manager and asked me to "step aside" so she could help another customer. REALLY? What was I? Anyway I went back to the appliance section (after letting them know how incompetent I thought they were), and low and below - they had my microwave. When I complained to Manager "Lee" that I had to pick it up when I paid for installation and removing he stated, "You did not have to pay for delivery." DUHH - It WASN'T Delivered!!! The reason why I gave them a "2" is because the assistant manager attempted to assist me and the first Largo customer service rep and Bowie rep did a good job. BUT the front customer service rep (who asked me to step aside so she could help someone else) and Manager "Lee" who can't hear when his name is called over the intercom, desperately need customer service training along with improved process training and pickup confirmation for the Scheduler.

Terrible customer service. My shopping days for this place, especially in the areas where sales associates are stationed, are over! I went there today to inquire and hopefully purchase a door and had to wait almost 20 minutes for a sales associate (they had to call him at least twice on the PA system). Not one sales associated was in the vicinity. Another customer was also waiting. When he got there he walked straight to the desk while watching some video or something on his phone. He put his phone down, took off his low's vest and put on his jacket. the other customer tried to stop him to ask a question. He said they didn't have the part and kept walking away. I asked is he the sales person for this section. He said yes but I'm about to go to lunch. And while hes talking his demeanor and attitude was so very nasty. I said, well we are waiting for help. He says again, but I am going to lunch, there is nothing I can do. I'm thinking to myself, he's not even willing to call someone else to help us? I said, didn't you hear them calling you on the PA. he said yes. I said so you know we've been waiting for 15-20 minutes. He said yes but I'm about to leave. At this point hes walking away and I am walking toward him to get answers. Had we not said anything he would have just got his coat and walked off. I said the fact that you knew we requested help and werent even going to acknowledge us knowing we have been waiting here is very unprofessional. He just kept focusing on leaving. I called him rude and unprofessional he just kept walking away. I went straight to the manager. the other customer also confirmed to the manager how rude the guy was. This guy should not be working in any job that requires customer service! After reading most of these comments, it looks like bad customer service is accepted by management and it goes unchecked. this needs to be addressed. there are some good hardworking people who would do better.
