First class customer service!! Exceeded my expectation. To the young lady named Lucky who provided ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service, I'm so grateful to her because she was informative, answer any and every question we had. GameStop executive, please give this young lady her flowers because she truly deserves it ⭐
By the way, the GameStop in District Heights Maryland that I spoke of a few days ago, after the experience that I had today I now realize that all the information that the young lady provided us what's made up!! Someone from the corporate office needs to get over there and find out what's going on.

Customer Service was absolutely horrific. Couldn’t even get a simple greeting when walking in. Had us waiting in line for so long and we couldn’t even get a “sorry about that I’ll be with you shortly”. The strong neck guy infront with the nose piercing is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to like his job.

I went in to make an exchange and the employee John treated me in an unbelievably rude manner I was appalled at the smug and disrespectful demeanor displayed from a supposed manager I would rather drive across town to Oxon Hill than deal with that bully again.

Don't waste your time coming here. No stock of anything. No knowledge of anything. "Machines" are always down. You call in and get told one thing and it's a do story when you arrive to the store. Trust me it's worth the drive going to another location. Not ti mention the condescending attitude by the female employee working towards me and her co-workers.

What's the point of pre-ordering if they going to sell you a gutted copy at full price? I know they give you 48hrs hold for pre-orders but it was only next day when I went to pick up my game and they tried selling me a copy that was already open. Also keep your eye on the keypad, sometimes they sneak a warrenty add-on if you're not paying attention. Decent location, shady business practices.
