They were on time, wrapped, padded and boxed everything that needed it and were very quick, clean and efficient. My son was able to catch an early afternoon flight home. They arrived 4 days later in Florida and everything was in excellent condition. “Honestly these guys are great a real life saver . They are super nice , polite , honest and sone of the hardest working men I have ever met . They are so thorough, I asked them to get everything from a room and they literally brought everything , things I had no clue were in there , ha , real talk . And I'm always leaving something I need later . This move especially had the right elements to be extra stressful and it was the smoothest move yet and im not missing one cord charger wire or anything . They had everything with each item neatly efficiently packed. . This blows me away , after talking to then cracking some jokes I come to find out that one of the movers is a surgeon and the Owner is a mechanical Engineer back home in their country . I was like I should be moving your stuff . And amazingly not one complaints about that from them I complained about it but they were just happy being able to work and earn an honest living for them and their families . They are a class act .”

“Found Bookstore Movers based on some Reddit reviews so decided to request a quote online. They got back to me the same morning via email which was crazy fast. And that experience was consistent every time I emailed them moving forward - amazing customer service. We got James, John, and Myree for our move and we couldn't have been happier. They were very quick and efficient, and overall very friendly people! All of our boxes were out the door in less than 20 minutes (about 15 boxes). The furniture took longer but that's to be expected, especially since they took the time to wrap everything up in moving blankets which was awesome! They chatted with us while they moved our stuff (but they didn't get side tracked) and were pretty fun to talk to. It was about $800+tip for an apartment to apartment move within Arlington. I don't know if that's a great value or not as I've only hired movers twice, but I do know my stuff arrived undamaged and they made the move pleasant and stress-free so for me it was well worth it. Will definitely be hiring them for my next move!”

“Admittedly I have moved more times than I'd like, but because of such, I have had numerous experiences w/ the process. Consequently, I have lots w/ which to compare, & I have never had a more positive experience than w/ In & Out Movers. From the very first interaction w/ Igal on the phone followed by his in person estimate all the way to the completion of the move, I had nothing but positive feelings & appreciations for the entire team.The pick-up was carried out by Alfredo, Jose, Santos, Louis, & Angel, & every one of them went above & beyond to be extremely careful w/ all of my belongings. I have never seen a team be more diligent w/ wrapping & packing items. What's more, their focus on protecting my home & its contents was equally matched by their compassionate & kindness towards us as well. They were adamant about us not doing any heavy lifting stating that was why we were paying them, & then when they found a couple pieces of our furniture that had top & bottom parts that weren't formally attached, they took the initiative to secure them together w/ metal & screws to keep us safe. Likewise, they found missing bolts on the bedframe of our king bed, & gave one to us w/ the recommendation to procure the missing ones along w/ washers so that they could reassemble the bed more securely upon delivery which we gratefully did. They literally took care both physically & emotionally of every detail.Upon delivery, it was the team of Alfredo, Jose, & Santos, & we were horrified when we discovered upon arrival to our new building complex that the only elevator they could use for delivery was literally a good 1.5 - 2 football fields in length away from our unit. However, they didn't fret one bit nor ever complain while continuing to deliver the same amazing service as noted above. People may think there's nothing to moving besides strength, but I can assure you that is not the case which this team exemplified w/ their skill, as well as, their humanity. It is also the only move I have ever had without a single piece of my furniture & belongs not damaged in any way, not even a scratch, & I can attest that I will most definitely be looking to this team again for my next move as I can't possibly recommend them highly enough.”
