A little bit delayed in our review, but so deserving of the review. We have been taking my wife's E350 for just a few years now. But they are always very professional, clean, and transparent. In our recent service issue, where we had to bring our car in for a flat tire, they pre-ordered the tire to get ready for the appointment. When they found that the tire could be patched, they simply patched, and didn't even charge us. A good car mechanic is hard to find. So thankful to find this shop, and look forward to working with them for many years.

Great service provider for both of my cars( Mercedes Benz). Shop is very clean., staff is courteous and work product is excellent. Cost point for services rendered is very competitive and below market trends.

This happened this summer but I just found Mitch Carr's card to write this.We drove to Bethesda to see out Daughter. On the way out had a minor accident that wasn't my fault but it did something to my lights. We looked for a service garage near our Daughter's home. We ended up at Mitch Carr's. The owner or manager (not sure, maybe Mitch?) went up and down the block (several car repair places there) asking if anyone had the right bulb. He fixed it and also lifted a panel that got messed up from the accident. He didn't want to charge us. We insisted and gave him something. He was so gracious and nice We really appreciate it. I'm sure he is a wonderful mechanic as he is a great guy!

I have been taking a 25 year old E320 wagon here for several years. They are very professional and the car stays fixed. They are inexpensive, but they do use Mercedes parts and you want that. I paid more to fix my previous car - Toyota Camry (20+ years old). The greatest part of their service is that they explain things well. They will help you develop a plan as to what needs to be fixed first and what can wait. Very nice group and very professional.

I visited Mitch Carr's Auto, recommended by a friend in the auto repair business, and had an outstanding experience. Sean, the owner, displayed professionalism and thoroughness from the get-go. He took his time to diagnose the issue and provided an incredible price for the project. My Porsche 911 has never run better. I highly recommend Mitch's Auto for top-notch service and affordability. Sean and his team exceeded my expectations in every way.

I have three Mercedes and living in Virginia. I can't think of anybody else except Mitch Carr to take care of my Benz. Expertise, Honesty, and good old fashioned customer care with Sam. It saves more money in the end.

Very honest workshop. I booked an appointment to change out the control bar for my Lexus (as advised by another workshop). Mitch Carr took a look at my control bar & said that it is still in working condition. This saves me US$800+. Will definitely come to Mitch Carr for my future servicing needs.
