“Lodged in an industrial area, I've discovered that looks can be deceiving! This is by far one of the best gyms in the area. Sure the facility is a little older but it is very well appointed and very well maintained. For instance the women's bathroom is impeccably clean, has nice soap, tissues, really even better than other high end gyms out there. The staff are incredible and the customers who go here are even better. People go here to train. That's it. There's no clique. No judgement. Just good friendly people trying to be healthy. The gym is also home to a kung fu school that meets on weeknights and Saturday mornings. I would also highly recommend!”

“This gym is great and has everything I need. The staff is helpful and responsive. For example, there was one member that for whatever reason, had the audacity to tinker on the bike seats with his own tools as though they were his personal property. Instead of avoiding the difficult conversation, management let him know that he was not permitted to do this. What he failed to realize was that this is a 24/7 gym, and that regardless of his perception, there were many other people that used those bikes throughout the day (and night!), and expected them to be at a standard setting. Many businesses simply cave to entitled behavior, which deteriorates the experience of many to bolster the experience of a vocal one, but not ATF! Thanks! It is much easier to use the bikes now.”
