Visited the store on two consecutive days and encountered 2 particular rude and unhelpful staff members. I requested help with an item and was assured by an associate that help was on the way. After 15 minutes and another request on my part no one appeared to assist me.

Worst ace hardware. Customer service is below acceptable. After multiple bad experiences I will happily drive further to go to one of the others.

This is not a Home Depot, but in any given home hardware or garden pinch, this is such a wonderful nearby go to. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable.

This is a very clean store and has a really big inventory. The staff were super friendly, and gives you individualized attention. All workers were very attentive and willing to help. As with many ACE stores, this store was pet-friendly!

When I need special soil or even certain items I got to ace hardware cause the bigger stores tend to not.have those items. Very clean store very helpful staff!

This place is always clean. They sell yeti coolers here. If I want to waste money on super overpriced coolers I can. But it has a nice conveience to it
