Genuinely so helpful and kind. I have solely gone to them for years and they have helped me repair my jackets, paints and messenger bag on top of just helping me keep my nice clothes clean. I like that I can use them to repair my stuff rather than having to buy new.

5 stars all around!!! I was visiting from Canada for a wedding and had to have my tuxedo dry cleaned very last minute. Even though they were already swamped with other customers (on a holiday weekend), the owner went above and beyond to make sure I got my tuxedo ready in time for the wedding!

I walked into Dorsey Cleaners and was immediately greeted and instead of just taking my number and name (since I was a new customer), he initiated a conversation with me and offered a discount. In addition to the informative discussion, we exchanged names, which sealed the deal for a great customer service experience for my first visit. Even though I do have another cleaners I use, I might be reconsidering how often I visit my other cleaners based on this great experience. Now I am hoping my clothes are done correctly with high quality.

I came to this cleaner to get alterations to my bridesmaid dress. A couple other places quoted me around $150 due to it having 3 layers of material, but Dorsey Cleaners quoted me almost half that price! The alteration quality was on point- perfect length and good quality of stitching. I recommend them to anyone for dry cleaning or alterations. They also dry cleaned my son's coat and replaced the zipper for a very reasonable price.Service: Alterations

My mother and I come here all the time to get our clothes dry cleaned! Today I went to get alterations for my prom dress, they were so kind and explained everything they were doing so I understood what was happening at all times. They also didn’t charge me that much and took off some money so I could save some money due to all the layers and alterations needed. They are always very timely and provide high quality results.
