It's supposed to be open on Saturday until 4pm. I came in at 2:50 only to find their doors locked up with no staff present. That is unacceptable.

First, this is not a full service bank. Apparently they cancelled their teller (cash) services. (Use the ATM instead). The 5 star is for the manager, Rich. He provides with professional, fast and friendly service about my banking account. This is a recommended location if you want service regarding your banking or financial needs.

I've come here roughly 7 times and they are 50/50 on being able to do the basics like cash and check deposits.

This bank rep at this location hangs up on me and I wasn't done. I was calling about my deposit refund check and nobody seems to know anything about my funds. She told me that I can call back tomorrow when that specific teller is back or give them my contact info so they can call me back tomorrow. I said why do all that when transaction info could be found in the system. What kind of bank is this? I called back after she hang up and seem like she will not pick it up after few minutes of waiting. I am banking elsewhere.

If I was able to put no star I would I am a regular customer am a loyal customer of 11yrs just recently lost my ID meena being the manager I try to talk to her but instead lied and said that I been saying that for 3months which is a lie they made it seem like they could not help which is a lie because I have gone to the location that is in upper Marlboro where Leonard was such a great help sorry to say I can't say the same for this place. To top it off instead of meena her being the manager sends me to the teller and whisper something to her and calls on another customer smh bad place to ever go I advise customer not to even bother to go to this location if your ever in need of help bcus clearly me that's been a frequent customer couldn't even get help.

So convenient. Great hours. Never had any issues at this branch! They always take care of me in a timely fashion, and provide great customer service.

My wife closed an account earlier in the week but then discovered it re-opened due to interest accrued...and then PNC charged a $25 fee because it didn't meet the minimum balance. She called and was able to get the fee waived but it required one of us to go into a branch to get the $.02. Yes, $.02. Think about the phone calls, time, and gas wasted on simply closing this account. I went into the branch on my day off and sat there for a good 20 minutes as the rep tried to access what seemed to be multiple systems to close the account and receive my $.02. Then she couldn't even provide the $.02 because the system wasn't accepting the cashier's check she had to produce to disburse the $.02. I ended up telling her I would take the cashier's check and cash it another day...she told me not to cash it for 24 hours. I tried to scan it into my new bank app and it wouldn't accept the check so my wife plans to take it to our bank for cashing. Again, think about the time wasted on closing an account and receiving $.02. Why couldn't they identify the interest accrued at the time the account was closed rather than making someone return?
