Let me start with, my fiance and I come here all the time! We tend to order out but we decided to dine in. Big mistake! With 2 servers & a manager on duty around 3 in the afternoon on a Friday. With one other table in the restaurant, we waited close to 30 minutes for our food order of 4 pupasas & 3 shrimp tacos. Once the waitress bought our food, she never returned to the table. We wanted to order more food but the lackluster service inspired us to go elsewhere. After spotting our waitress in the back of the restaurant posted up in a chair, no longer concerned with our needs or wants, we flagged down another waitress for the check. She bought boxes and proceeded to put her sleeve in my leftover tacos. . The food is usually pretty good which is why we always came back. But as of this visit, it's a wrap for this chain and its blatant disregard for customer service. You people should seriously consider another line of employment cuz hunty, this ain't it!

I enjoy the food here. Come from time to time. A little pricey, but I understand from a business standpoint. Large space and is always clean, which I appreciate. They also have a closed-in private area if you ever want to celebrate or do anything.

Food is good , however they start cutting you off after two drinks if you look young. Waitress took my money.. didn't even bring me my change back or ASK if I needed change. I would've tipped her but she just ASSUMED I was giving her money without her asking so that brings the quality of the customer service down. I think she ASSUMED me and my friend were drunk so I wouldn't notice. Regardless if it was $3 or $20 you should've asked not just ASSUMED. Too be honest I like the guys' customer service more than the women, they do too much if you're a female... I mean 2 drinks? Really? Then you take my money? Food is good that's about it !
