The Grinch that stole Christmas … yes that’s them. If I could give -5 stars I would. I would 100% not recommend trusting this establishment with any repairs. All the broken phones on display should have served as a red flag. I expected to return with a fixed screen and charger port. I was forced into purchasing a new phone which was older than what I came in with. This establishment is a disappointment and a scam. Do not trust them.

Took my phone on 7/23 to repair the cracked screen and a week later, I have all these lines and cant use touch screen. Of course they don't honor their 30 day policy on their receipt and say it will cost another $80. Bad business. That's what I get.

Definitely do not recommend. I asked them to replace the back on my phone, and they said it would take two hours. Well it actually took 3.5 hours. When we picked it up, they had us check that everything still worked. That was when we realized that my FaceID feature wasn't working, and it was definitely working when we gave them the phone. This is also how we figured out they had replaced my front screen which I didn't ask them to do. They checked everything again and said they couldn't help me with the FaceID problem because it was a problem with a chip in the motherboard, and they can't do anything about that...even though they're the ones who broke it. Also to make the overall experience even more unpleasant, the manager was openly berating his employees to the point where we couldn't get service when we walked in to pick it up. We had to walk around the store and look busy while the manager and other employees openly argued about how the store was being run. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs. If you have an apple product, just bring it to the Genius Bar at an apple store. 0/10

Best experience! Everyone was super kind and helpful right when I walked in! I love their selection as well! I got my screen fixed here a few times and they’ve always done a wonderful job, would definitely recommend this shop!

Couldn’t have had a better experience getting my phone screen fixed. It took 20 minutes, got a new case, new screen protector, and all for less than other competitors.

DO NOT GET YOUR APPLE PRODUCTS FIXED HERE! They do not use Apple certified screens and your phone will not be fully functional. I came here to get my screen fixed and they replaced it but the screen wouldn’t come on when I got phone calls. I took it back to them and they said that the problem was with the phone , not with their screen. I kept telling the manager that it was the screen and not my phone. He would not return my money. I then took it to an Apple authorized location where all they did was change out the screen and the problem was fixed. This manager here is the worst and does not take responsibility for being wrong. DO NOT GO HERE.

These guys did great they repaid my phone in 20 minutes! Thanks again guys you save the night. They closed at ten I brought it in at 9:05... they still were able to make it happen! Must go to if your iPhone screen breaks
