They always do a great job. I park under a pine tree and I just got back from the beach so there was sticky gunk on the car that required extra attention. I pointed it out to them and they got right on it, took care of it, and finished with a smile and “have a nice day.” A spotless car and friendly interaction.

do not waste your money going to this car wash!!!
Going through the automatic wash was even longer than the time they spent to do the wipe down, interior and exterior cleanup!
I went out there yesterday, July 6, 2024 and honestly, it is a WASTE OF MY $32.00.
I usually go to New Hampshire Car Wash but because I was in the area, I said let me stop there.
Regretted it!!!!

I usually go to this car wash, I always ask for the full service, they cleaned my tires, rims and carpets. But this time I went they didn't do it and I paid $30 dollars for the full one. I don't know if what was said above is no longer possible. If so, they should change the price.

I go here often to get my car wash. They do a decent job. Even when if pay for a full car wash ($30) they don’t clean the area where your stick shift of your car is located.
The cashier lady is so rude as well. I went in yesterday for a car wash and I asked her for a rainforest mist air fresher and she gave me rainforest. So I kindly told her she gave me the wrong one. Instead of the cashier looking down to realize she gave me the wrong she proceeded to argue with me about how she provided me with the right item I requested. I told her to look and she finally looked down to realize she handed me the wrong item. She didn’t apologize just kept having a rude attitude. I highly suggest going to another car wash.

Please do not waste your money, you can do a better job. I paid for the most expensive package and the car had to be cleaned again after because the job was not done properly. Trying to speak to the female manager is a waste of time. She doesn’t even know the services herself and has horrible communication skills, lacks professionalism and it’s obvious she hates her job. Couldn’t answer my question and told me she had other customers. They are a waste of money. Your car is in and out in 3 mins but that alone should tell you how I detailed oriented these people are.

Did visited this location since my car hasn’t been wash good in 3mos. So I visited this Happy Wash and I tell you that I was not happy about my car being clean. Paid $35 dollars they charge extra for each mat in my car. My grandson would have done a better job cleaning my car than the 4 guys.
My tire was suppose to be clean all they did was spray shine on tires didn’t wipe it down or anything. Tire was a mess I mean dirty and my windows had so much dirt on the window inside and out and once I rolled them down that was it dirt all up on the windows.
Was going to give them a $20 tip until I looked at my car was very disappointed and a waste of money. Took my $20 and went to College Park self services and did my car myself from now on. If you want something done you must do it yourself for a better outcome.
They would rush on customers cars and as I look nobody was tipping but they was showing them spots shaking their heads.
Paid for a full wash and I got nothing it’s nothing happy about this place at all.
However, I would never go back again for nothing prices are high and the services sucks. And your cars look like when you came their dirty.
Get better workers that want to work they was doing more talking then cleaning cars. They will never worry about me coming back was my first time and will be the last. Services Sucks

Buyer Beware! I usually go to this car wash, not problem until today. They come to your car and ask what service do you want and I tell them, no issue. Today, a guy, who does not speak English opens the door and takes my mats out and gives me 4 fingers and takes them away, never indicating what he is going to do. Another guy says want to you want, knowing that there is always a language barrier, I point and say the Regular Wash, which is $26. He gives me a receipt. I go to the window to pay and I am charged $30 and I say to women in the both, I only asked for the $26 wash. The old guy who took the mats never indicated that he was going to wash and charge me $4. I told her this, she was the manager, and a bad one, just kind of through up her hands. An unsatisfied customer will never return, we could have negotiated $4 but not her. Won't return bad customer service and treatment.

So, don't waste money on the best car wash , you'll get the same as the $12.50 cater wash. Just get the basic.

I have been coming to this carwash for 2 years and they always leave my car very clean inside and out, although this last time I don't know why they didn't clean my wheels and bumper if I paid for the most expensive service they have, recently some cats got They got into my car and filled it with mud but here in this place they cleaned it well.
The only thing I don't like is that when you go out to pick up the car they have a lot of clutter of things, machines and hoses you can fall, also the exit is very reduced if you don't look closely you can damage the car because the sidewalk is very high.

No longer a fan of this location. For $32 they rushed the entire job. I paid for a “full wash” of my SUV and they didn't spray or wipe down anything inside of my vehicle. It's quite frustrating to spend so much money on a car wash only to go BEHIND them and have to wipe down the inside of your own vehicle. I will not be returning to this location.
