Would not stay here again if I didn’t book a non refundable rate next week. Room is dirty, there are bugs in the room, they charge $12 a day to park for no reason, hotel is super dated, there is moldy looking stuff in bathroom, tv remote won’t change channel unless you stand by tv, pillows are lumpy piles of crap. The Hampton inn near by is better.

This used to be my favorite hotel! They made quite a bit of changes and I don't think I'll be back. 1. You have to pay for parking now ? another way to get more money out of me. 2. At the evening reception, certain drinks used to be free from 5-7pm now it's only your first two. 3. Breakfast... so I used to love their breakfast in the morning. Now it's lackluster. So for breakfast they would have the buffet section then the omelet station. Buffet section is really empty now (only eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruits and drinks). To get bacon you have to stand in line at the omelet station. Only one person back there so you'll be waiting a while. The omelet station also has these small waffles (cooked to order) when they used to be big Belgian waffles.
The rooms are fine. And I didn't have a problem with the cleaners coming in and cleaning what I requested. I also was able to get late check out once I called the front desk.
I don't know it just wasn't what it used to be and for the money they charge I feel like I can go somewhere else and get better food and service. Also, I STILL had to go out and get food because there is a large gap between breakfast and evening reception. Plus, it is an automatic 22% gratuity on room service food.
Yea.... go elsewhere

We made a reservation to stay for 4 nights but were unable to make the trip because of Hurricane Milton. Flights were cancelled and traffic prevented us from making the drive. I called the hotel 24 hours in advance of check-in time to cancel our reservation and asked that the 1 night penalty be waived for late cancellation. The hotel manager denied our request and the penalty charge showed up our credit card statement. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I was particularly disappointed. I have now signed up for Marriott rewards and am changing hotel brands. Be careful making a reservation at this hotel.

Too many issues with Marijuana. Inside the hotel, you just can't get away from it. Staff allows the guests to smoke because its legal. No respect at all. Terrible hospitality!! Front desk personnel are rude inconsiderate and they talk back. This place is going out of business real soon. Thanks to the staff (thumbs down)

Reminder to myself: Don’t stay here next time. There are better options. The rooms are old and misrepresented. Stuff in the rooms was missing. Staff ignored requests. Save yourself disappointment, stay elsewhere.

Unable to rate the rooms as we never made it that far. 299 a night, when at 1 am, when we arrived, there were multiple parties going on in the: lobby, foyer, and throughout the parking lots surrounding the building. Not today...

It should be illegal to rent out a hotel room when the hvac does not work. I wish I read the other reviews before spending over $250 for one night in a hot box.
There should also be a limit on the amount of guest in a room. The room next door had 8-10 kids staying in it. They were up to 2 am running around the hall, screaming, and knocking on walls.
The app offers a $25 credit and free Wi-Fi with the “experience the stay” option, I got neither. Only thing I got was no sleep and dehydration from sweating.
The reply is a lie. There are reviews on google dating back over a year, reporting the HVAC is not working. At this point the failure to fix the problem is leaning towards gross negligence. A stain on the Hilton name.
Rooms: Hot no AC
Safety: It’s unsafe to put guest in hot rooms

I gave 4 ⭐️ because of the $12 per night/day for parking that shouldn’t be charged.
This is my go to hotel when I’m in town I don’t trust to stay elsewhere.
But haven’t stayed here since December and didn’t notice there was a $12 a day parking fee charged to your bill which I think is ridiculous especially I been a patron for the past 30 some yrs and the location DOES NOT WARRANT A PARKING FEE since it’s not in the city where parking is a problem!!!!! And $12 per night of stay for parking is over the top!!!!!!!
Like the Hiltons need to profit off parking?NOT!!!!
Noteworthy details: Just know that you’re charged $12 per night during your stay for parking

This was the worst experience my daughter and bridesmaids experienced the night before her wedding. My daughter checked in the hotel at Embassy Suites Huntvalley the night before her wedding and the room (619) had bugs in the bed, stains in the sheets and stains on the floor. She and her bridesmaids asked to change rooms in which the hotel accommodated, however, the new room (720) wasn't any better. The new room had broken lights and bed bugs. My daughter spoke with the front desk hostess Dakota who didn't take her seriously and therefore we started taking pictures of the room.
I wouldn't let my dog stay in this hotel.

As we arrived, there were two families that were coming out of the hotel in swimsuits and pool towels. Changed at the car and then left. Thought that was odd. Room smelled like housekeeping does its best to cover the cigarette smell with spray. Suite shop should have more options and kept stocked. The elevator by the pool was very slow, the other was out of service. Don’t understand the $12 parking and there’s no free wifi. Great proximity to Hunt Valley Towne Center. Atrium was nice, a bit dated, breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and answered my questions. Want to shout out Adam, Quin, and Brittani.

This was a very nice stay. My room on the 6th floor was completely remodeled. It has a sitting area with a couch and desk and sink. Then a door that separated the bedroom. It looked like the building might be older.

I needed some accessible items for the room and received them right away. I didn't know how to install various items and they sent someone to do that for me. What was disturbing was watching a child stabbing a banana, chewing it, and spitting it out on the table. She saw me looking and she and this other girl got up and left. Someone was going to sit there and I told them what happened and they sat elsewhere. This wasn't the hotel's fault-just a lack of supervision. There was also the smell of marijuana coming into our room and we had an awful headache. They charge a fee of $300 if they go into a room and smell any type of smoke (they are a smoke-free hotel). I told the front desk what was going on so we didn't get hit with that fee.
Walkability: You have to cross the street to get to a sidewalk. There is a crosswalk once you get to the corner. Across the street is Hunt Valley Mall.
