From the time I called to schedule an appointment I received very professional, nice and courteous service! My appointment was scheduled within a weeks time. The service technician Tyrone was very professional, kind and courteous!! I explained to him that I was hearing a loud noise from the blower or something that woke up in the middle of the night almost every night! He took his time and cleaned out everything and I no longer hear the noise!! Thank you Tyrone you took your time experience and listening skill and did an excellent job!! Outside of Mr. Parlett and Tia, this company is terrible. Victoria, Jamie, one other on the propane side are ridiculously rude and tone deaf. I paid $19K to this company and I expected better service than this and greatly regret doing business with this company. I highly advise that you look for another company-- buyer beware. The service is absolutely horrendous.

The receptionist took the time to listen to my needs and recommended a repeating service which was way more convenient than scheduling a one time delivery. I've been getting my oil from Burch for over 10 years now. Highly recommend.
