I'll never purchase anything from this company again! I placed an online order for an in store pick up! I picked up shoes and no longer needed them so I returned the shoes back to the same store and was told I could only receive an in store credit or pay for shipping to return them for a refund! Why would I have to pay for shipping to return an item that I picked up in the store??? You guys just lost a long time customer!!!!

Very disappointed in the cashiers attitude. My dam money is in cyber space si dam where. Luckily, I had enough to Pay for my purchase. The sad thing about it she knew it was not going to be immediately returned, neglected to tell me no cash refunds. It's all good no dam more of my money will this store ever get. Smart butt. I had enough to re-buy inspite of your attitude and trickery. All you had to do was charge Mr the difference minus the tax.Future of this world is already in hell.
