Literally only giving them 2 stars because of how much I love their ATM, but everything else is the worst! The staff is lazy and tells you you can’t do or get things (checks, etc) when YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO and work slow but are having conversation with each other. It makes no sense at all, but I’m switching from BoA anyway ??♀️

At this location, they are unorganized and lack customer service. To maintain a successful site or to keep the brand they need to have a vision, so far they don't. Please Mr./Mrs. Manager take the time to walk the lobby more often and ensure your customers are being treated well. I stand in that bank for over half an hour with no clear direction as to where to go, when the representative gave me eye contact and said next, as soon as I went to her she sent me to join the back of another line. Please, I am a professional, I have my job to go to, I have no time to waste.

Very RUDE, RUDE Customer Service this morning, Thursday, May16, 2019. Customer Service person spoke very low and had to repeat himself several times. I actually spelled out the number that he was speaking to me...Finally we are in agreement. Thanked him for the service and the phone went dead. WOW

Shut. This. Bank. Down. Honestly, just shut it down. Always understaffed. Always a wait. Its only gotten worse over the years. On a Saturday morning you have ONE teller working. As a manager, you have to know better than that. If you're truly understaffed then hire. I'm sure there are people in the community looking for a job. If it's that you've got call outs, have a list of back up employees. It's embarrassing because I grew up in this area and everything is just gone down. There's no sense of urgency here and no remorse for lack of customer service. This is not a branch you want to represent you is it, Bank of America? Let me know. I only selected one star because it won't let you post a review without one.

There over the phone teller system is really neat. You get to talk to a person and ask questions you can't ask of a machine. Very good
