“I’m not sure if the names of the staff that was working on 4/17/2024 at 7:30 P.M but they were amazing. The best staff yet since I’ve been to a Royal Farms in months. I normally just buy a drink but was craving food for the first time in forever.I went to a royal farms in Carney MD that was awful with the food. Threw the food in the trash But this Royal Farms in Timonium on this day was the best!! All the food was fresh and customer service was amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work and great customer service!”

“Got some of the best Rofo chicken of my life here, it was fresh out the fryer but still delicious. I’ve gone later at night and got gross cold food which I can’t always be mad at but it’s definitely a small location. Usually 2-3 people working, sometimes less but self checkout makes it nice.”

“Stop in for a spicy bite hot dog, I really like pickled jalapenos as a topping and they are not available there as there are other 7-Elevens. Not crazy amout the new automated lottery machines and they just installed it so they refused to sell you lottery tickets at the counter rather . I suppose you can't stop progress.”
“Good relationship with the workers. Delta-8 products available still. Offers variety of products so convenience is really their thing. Only issue is the lack of stated pricing on the shelves. So you do not know cost until you get to the register. Good place for 1 or 2 items.”

“This is my gas station of choice. I love paying with the app. They always have the squeegee and I dont have to wait for a spot. The gas tends to be lower than average so with the extra 3 cents off, it’s a good deal”

“Good grief. These reviews are ridiculous. It's a gas station. First of all the comment regarding no public restroom simply isn't true. Perhaps it was at some point, but there are public restrooms. Second of all they are building a new larger highs kitchen... So there should soon be even more options for food and beverage as well as more restrooms.I have never had an issue with customer service. I'm not saying the service here is amazing, but I feel the need to try to balance out the comments on the old reviews that paint the picture that everyone that works at this location is terrible at their jobs.”

“A local long-standing country store in the middle of nowhere, it is honestly most appreciated for its convenience. I suppose I only give it four stars because they certainly take some advantage of that convenience with pretty high prices. That said, from a grill and greasy spoon perspective, we have always loved the pizza and the cheesesteak subs and the Italian cold cut. The food is pretty consistent year in and year outThey have most of the necessities from medicines to food and drink, to gasoline. Definitely a help when family or friends come in and out of town and the big chain stores are 15 minutes away.”
“This pharmacy is great! They are so fast with filling my prescriptions. The head pharmacist even remembers me when I come in. It feels a little bit like the olden days. My boys have ADHD and this pharmacy always has their meds in stock. Most often they fill the scrips while I wait.”

In the past 2 years, which due to the pandemic, drug shortages and delays, as well as insurance company unreliability have been challenging, with Laura at the helm, my experience has been unmatched. Laura, Helen, Ryan, and Abbey are hard working, professional, knowledgable, and most importantly compassionate providers. They make you feel like your questions and concerns are valid and always go above and beyond to inform and to make things easy. “I had lost my credit card and called the Royal Farms in Hereford, MD where I had purchased gas the day before. It first, there told me they were not aware of a credit card being turned in. I thanked them and prepared to cancel the card, when the phone rang and Tammy from Royal Farms called to say they did, in fact, have my card. This is service above and beyond and I am very grateful that Tammy took the time to call and resolve the matter. This Royal Farms employee gets an A for customer service!”
