I went in today for a few reasons, biggest reason was because my SIM card stopped working. I waited for a few minutes then got helped by Angie. She was an insane help. From removing a device from my plan, to handling my entire upgrade process. She was, by far, one of the most professional and helpful Verizon reps I’ve ever had in my nine years of being with Verizon. She answered every question I had and made the process incredibly easy. Even while my phone was taking a while to transfer, she was very friendly and made wonderful conversation while we waited. If I could give more stars due to just her customer service, I would!

Our experience with Cellular Sales Havre de Grace was wonderful. Ryan Nacrelli was patient and went above and beyond, spending hours trying to deal with Total Wireless to port my phone number from my old Total Wireless phone to my new Samsung Galaxy phone with Verizon. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Added 2 lines to existing phones for business last week. Tyler, our rep on that day, was *extremely* helpful. Today (4/5/24) we went back in to do phone upgrades. Well, let’s just say we were met nicely enough, however!!! The guy running the store - had long hair - shouldn’t be there representing Verizon or the store owner. Our rep (sorry I can’t remember his name) needed some help, but “long hair” was busy telling stories about other customers, nasty when answering the young man’s questions and then took him into the back room for over 5 minutes. Perhaps he did that because he knew he was being a tyrant towards the rep? Hmmmm…. We got up and left while they were still in the back room, costing a sale for the young man because of the attitude and behavior of “long hair”. You don’t just leave customers just sitting there in your show room, “long hair”. Tyler from last week saves the store from getting 1 star (which means no stars in our minds).

Went to the Havre de Grace Verizon store to have an extra line added to my phone and to ask some questions about my bill. I was helped by a young guy named Taylor. It was a true pleasure. He could not have been more helpful or patient. Nice to know customer service is still alive! Thanks Taylor!!

Since the previous store did not have the devices we wanted in stock, I took my parents to this store. Michael Conley greeted us right away, got us seats at his desk, and asked what brought us in to the store. He got all of the information and went right to work. We were transferring numbers from another provider which is always a process, but Michael knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and who to call. It was a long process because the other provider tends to be slow with the responses, but Michael stayed with us through the ENTIRE process. While we waited for the numbers to port, he transferred data from other phones, affixed the screen protectors, and installed phone covers.It's a big store, very clean, and even has a public restroom for customers (many other cellphone stores do not have a public restroom). The other associate in the store was also very friendly and was helping other customers. Nobody had to wait for service.And do the associates a huge favor: if you are porting numbers, get your account number and transfer PIN before you go to the store. It really saves so much time for everybody.Michael, thanks for all of your help!

Havre de grace location verizon, was outstanding today. I was in there for about hr or so, but the best hr I have ever had in a verizon location. Alexi was my service representative today and she knows her stuff and very knowledgeable. I recommend anybody that has issues from verizon phone to go to this location to get it situated. Thank you again Alexi hope all will be well. I will definitely be back to that location.
