I went here for the first time a few days ago after being bed ridden for days. The people checking me in were very nice, however, the doctor or person who saw me, gave me a test for Covid and Flu and both came back negative. They then proceeded to tell me it was likely the flu and they could do nothing for me except send me on my way.
I ended up having to go to my primary care doctor and I actually had a sinus infection that is treatable. If you are super sick and need attention do not go here. 0/5

The receptionist was rude when we got there. Went to the urgent care for wound care, and they packed the wound, but the packing came out in less than a day. Called the office about the issue, but was told that they would charge another office fee, then the receptionist hung up the phone. Terrible service.

We have been going here for a year now and every time we have gone, they have taken good care of us and helped us out. It really helps to register online and schedule an appointment upfront if possible. Reduces the waiting time.

I have had good experiences in the past here but this last week I was diagnosed with bronchitis and an ear infection and was written several prescriptions, including one for a steroid. Except the instructions on the bottle as they were written and interpreted by me and a pharmacist clearly showed the script wasn't for enough tablets. Called the clinic and the doctor tried to flip it and make me feel stupid even though I was reading verbatim what was written on the bottle. If you make a mistake, just admit it? I'm not going back after a medication screwup that they refuse to acknowledge, that's pretty reckless and ignorant.

Unfortunately, I should have read the reviews and the fact that there was no one else in there before I paid $50 just for them to examine my daughter for two minutes and tell us to go to the ER, freaking us both out that it was something serious. Turned out to not be serious at all! I REALLY want my $50 back!!

I was in and out of there in no time! And the staff was very kind. Normally you get in a place like that and you get treated like dirt. They were all very kind.

My wife took my daughter in there to get checked out for a cold. They treated them so bad and the doctor try to test my daughter and being a young kid she didn’t want to do so the doctor grab her face! ? and then she dropped the mouth swab on the floor then try to reuse it. Then when my wife said something she got mad threw her hands up and walked out. We will never go there again!!

Got an appointment; didn’t wait long. Doctor, Nurses and Receptionist were so nice. Got the treatment I needed and was in and out fast, which was great cause I feeling like garbage.

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have to make sure that everybody's aware of this. This place is absolutely garbage. My wife took our child there for a small rash which we thought could have possibly been something more. My wife waited for over an hour, was placed inside of a room and then forgotten about. The lights were turned off on her and the final nurse doing a clearing of the building was the one that found her still waiting to be seen in one of the rooms. The doctor saw her for 90 seconds, said that it wasn't anything to worry about and sent them on their way. Fast forward 3 weeks later we receive notification that they had billed our insurance for over $2,000. No service of care was provided, my wife was left alone in nearly shut in the building. Fast forward 4 months. My poor sick child has a horrible ear infection. I go to the closest urgent care which would be this location. We walk in. They ask for the information I hand over the information. They then tell me that I have a $135 outstanding balance. From our last visit. I said the last visit was over months ago and I never received an invoice. I said when my wife came she was seen all of 90 seconds. So I didn't even think that they would actually bill since they provided no care and they were almost left and shut in the building. The woman then tells me that I must pay the 135 before services will be provided. Needless to say I will never be coming back here and anytime I can deter anyone else from using this urgent Care? I'll do exactly that. I have never seen someone so cold and heartless towards a 5-year-old little girl in need of medical attention. This is definitely not a business that we would want in Havre de Grace. I'm sorry for the long drawn out response, but I do feel that it's important that other people know this stuff. It also looks like this location doesn't have a very good reputation as well. lesson learned

I went to the site in Havre de Grace after calling and being informed a rapid test was free, they would charge my insurance for the test but for the patient no cost. Went in confirmed the test was free once the receptionist ran my insurance. Great experience at the place then received a bill for $109 as they charged my insurance for a office visit. I called the billing agency and requested they submit the bill for a covid test rather than office visit as my insurance covers tests at 100%. Was informed they would not as my insurance would have to call them to make the request. Called my insurance attempted to connect over a 3-way call and the call was "disconnected" twice when my agent tried to speak with them. Called U.N.I in HdG as they said they would help with the situation. Was informed three times they had "fixed it" yet I keep receiving late notifications. I spoke with an administrator at a msin office, Cristal, who said she would go "above and beyond" to help but never heard back and have left her 2 messages and that was several weeks ago... then I received yet another late notice in the mail so nothing was done.... never again will I use their agency....Update 4/28/22: after their statement they would work directly with my insurance company I have yet another notice that my payment is late a month later and no new EOB from my insurance company showing that they have reached out directly to the insurance company....
