I had a reservation with thrifty on September 30 at Baltimore airport but they said they didn’t have cars and wait time is 4 hours. The person at the counter told me to go to national car rentals who charged 152. So never take a chance to book thrifty cars. 100% not reliable

I wish I could give zero stars. Booked online with a reservation, they were out of cars and told us to come back in 4 hours, which would be midnight. Absolutely ridiculous. We had to cancel and ended up paying over twice for another company on the spot. I recommend going with anyone else.

I had a really good experience with Thrift this time. Car was reliable. Pick-up was quick. And most importantly, the person behind the counter whose name was Casio was so so so helpful. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Im looking forward to book again with them in the future.
