Very nice hotel. The rooms could use a nice updating from wear and tear through the years, but overall, it's a very nice hotel.
It's a distance of less than 5 minutes from the casino, mall, gas stations, restaurants, Walmart, and even more shopping. Airport rental car return ? was only 10 mins down the road and another 2-3 mins to the airport. I loved it. About 30 minutes from downtown and about 15 mins Chesapeake arena. Everything was close by and accommodating if needed something in a jiffy.
Front Desk employees were friendly and accommodating.
The parking garage is attached and has easy access to and from the hotel.

I stayed here as part of a wedding block- and we stayed an extra day just to check out the area (there is a large mall and casino close by). My room was quite large, like the size of a NYC studio, with a pretty decent sized bathroom. It would’ve felt smaller if there were 2 beds but had just 1 bed. My fridge was missing racks so any food just piled on top of each other. There were so many light switches but not enough outlets. My lamp wasn’t working neither so couldn’t use those outlets to charge my phone. There were no blackout curtains unfortunately. Room was clean. The front desk help was very courteous and the hotel offers free parking with plenty of spots available. GrillFire restaurant is on the ground floor and can easily just go for a sit down meal or bring it up to the room. I would seek accommodations here again if I ever find myself in MD again.

The hotel, location and rooms were AMAZING! The only thing to complain about is only 1 elevator works in the parking deck, and it'll be good if front desk attendees informed us of it before us searching each floor. Anyhow we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Exceeded our expectations. Customer service is a 10 star! Front desk staff should be noted as the best we have encountered. I worked in hospitality we travel for work as well. All the hotel and restaurant staff are gems. So grateful for the kindness and oppurtunity to stay here and have this experience. Ate and had cocktails in restaurant nothing but a wonderful experience. Bar tender and our server were a delight! Beds comfortable and showers are awesome...trust me i took many because so nice! My husband loved the shower as well! So convenient to BWI Airport and all that we needed.

I had an excellent stay here while preparing for a friend’s wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience stress-free. The location was perfect, with convenient stores and restaurants nearby, including CVS, Wawa, and a solid bagel & coffee shop. The rooms were spacious, providing ample space for our large group to prepare before the big day. The hotel also features a small gym, a pool, a multi-floor parking lot, and in-hotel restaurants.
Whether you’re in town for a special event or just looking for a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend The Hotel at Arundel Preserve for its exceptional service, convenient location, and spacious accommodations.
Rooms: Standard rooms are very spacious with a couch, a long vanity, a TV, a coffee table, a mini fridge, a wardrobe (with a safe), and a bathroom with a separated standing shower and toilet.
Rooms also come with 2 bottles of water upon entrance.
Food & drinks: In-hotel restaurants serve American breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a changing menu.

Beautiful hotel you feel as if you in 5 star. Nice art work, decor is exquisite. They have a bar inside quiet and they have have a nightcap & snack. The only downside was there was 2 family reunions held in venue where guest stayed (1) elevator was working the whole weekend. The wait was unbelievable and you had guest in wheel chairs, elderly, people checking out at same time, with bags so one elevator was very unacceptable. And there was no apologies or service to restore it in a reasonable time it's not like it just went out.
If in town again will stay to have a better experience especially getting to and from rooms. I hope family got a discount or refund for inconvenience.
Rooms: Beautiful room well designed, we stayed two nights in two separate rooms one on 4th floor and 2nd night on 3rd floor and water pressure was different indeed but hotel tried to accommodate as best they could but overall room was delightful. Bed is comfy the only downside is the box that holds bed is too far out, my spouse hit his leg twice on it extended too far out. Should be rounded on edge. He's diabetic so that would have been a serious issue. Also should consider children if they too in room could hit their head, it's a bad accident in any scenario so they should access situation now.
Overall great room and very clean and worth the stay.

Very nice hotel, friendly service, 2 great restaurants in lobby. Close to airport and mall. Disappointed they charged $30 to check in early, 11am.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is courteous and it’s extremely clean. Thank you to all the staff. I’m only giving four stars because breakfast wasn’t included (not that big of a deal) given the location. Also because one of the elevators were down but other than the that I had a lovely stay.

Beautiful and clean room!! So much better than other hotels I’ve stayed at, even the resort/expensive ones. Our room was clean, has great design that made the room feel open and spacious not cramped and tight with random stuff like other places, and bathroom was clean too. Also nice selection of coffee/drinks in room. We only stayed one night cause we were moving in the area, the few hours of our stay here were stress free. I recommend!
