Received an anklet as a gift from this shop…It immediately snapped off before I could even take it into the store to be engraved. When it was taken back; The store did fix it (I believe at no cost which is why I’m giving it one star) it took a while to get back due to the engraving. The anklet snapped again after 15 minutes on. Keep in mind.. I do not have big ankles and it was the perfect size for me. The anklet itself is dainty.. The engraving is my biggest issue. I can’t even believe they would let this out the store looking the way it does.. for the cost of everything I’m really disappointed.
