Was a great place for a while seems like mow management is trying to make it a super 8. See-through toilet paper filled in the spa with concrete and made bacon a special order item if I wanted cheap I would find a super 8 or Americas best we have spent a lot of money here but are considering finding another hotel. Not because of staff everyone that I dealt with were always helpful and friendly

Great location the staff work really hard. They are really accommodating even when guest are being rude or unruly. The rooms could be a lil more modern. But they are standard rooms. I hate that they don’t restrict certain rooms off limits for pets. That’s hard.Nearby activities: Live Casino and the Mall are nearbyWalkability: No side walk accessibility but they do have a 2 mile shuttle.Food & drinks: Bar and bartender are amazing! Maria keeps the kitchen alive. I love the salmon or shrimp pasta or salad. I miss their parfaits they used to have. The wings are great and the black and blue burger is good as well. (Plenty of places to eat nearby as well)

First time I have ever seen a Hilton garden inn that the restaurant was closed.I wasn't given my food credit and didn't feel appreciated at all.

Great location. Staff not that helpful. My room had peanuts on the floor and some power plugs did not work. I asked front desk if they could have the power plugs fixed. No one ever came by at all to clean the room or fix the plugs the while week I was here. Front desk help doesn't seem to care. I'm also a Hilton member and was never offered water when checking in.

I would leave a zero if I could! Poor management! Lack of training left on my own after 1 day of training, to work on my own while two other employees collected my tips cause the big boss was two lazy after me asking several times to add me in system. But she had time to hangout for hrs in the kitchen! Never knew who my bosses were. Poorly run hotel. Staff constantly talking about how bad the turn over rate is. The ONLY good thing about this hotel was Kenya and Maria!! DO NOT WORK HERE!!

This is the hotel we stayed at while we were playing at casino. Very nice quiet and clean but the thing I didn't like was you had to pay for your breakfast and or continental breakfast.

Only gave 3 stars for service. I didn't even speak to an employee of the hotel since I checked in through the app. Perfect spot for a business trip.

There was some very questionable stuff on the ceiling. Brought it to the hotels attention They didn't even apologize that the room was that dirty.

Great hotel, staff is very friendly and the Manager (Aaron) was very accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Rooms were spotless and airport transportation was on point.
