Nahid Khan gave us EXCELLENT service when we came in to have our rings cleaned and repaired. We live out of state in Utah. When we received our rings back so quickly and they were perfect again, we were very pleased with how good they looked, and how quickly we received them back. Today I drove almost two hours to see Clare Shepherd. I first met her in the National Harbor outlet, followed her to the Annapolis mall and have now followed her to the Arundel Mills location. I have purchased two rings through her, and she has been incredible helping me with my wedding band warranty.Most important, I trust Clare with these priceless items. I had a local jeweler say I needed $300 of repair so I drove the 2 hours to see Clare, despite having a lot of anxiety issues for these long road trips. Clare and another jeweler confirmed that my ring had no concerning issues. She has made sure issues were repaired previously under my warranty when needed. Today my husband looked at possibly getting a new wedding band too.If you question getting the warranty for your jewelry, do it. If you want to work with a phenomenal person on such a precious purchase, take the road trip! She’s worth it 100x over!
