Rude an so unprofessional,Found a bracelet on the ground out side of the store just picked it up was going to give it back but before I even had a chance one of there employees snatched out it right out of my hand and I was shocked not only being a minor finding a bracelet on the ground outside of their store .

We went in after a terrible experience with another store and Samy took care of us. She was amazing! Great customer service, she took her time to listen to us and ask questions about what we wanted. She took special care to explain the differences in the pieces she was showing us. When we made our selection, she made sure to clean it and help me put the jewelry on and make sure it fit properly.Thanks for being amazing at your job and making us feel like we were important.

I bought a nose ring here 22k gold which broke into half while I am trying to wear it . I Am sure this is fake gold because I have an other gold nose ring which I wore it many times did not have any issues. Don’t buy anything here even it is a small item they are just bluffing as gold . Waste of time and money ..Update : I went to the store spoke with the Mike and he explained the issue and fixed the issue. I appreciate his work. Thanks!

Responsive and upfront sales staff. Bought two rings that were reasonably priced. The rings weren't fancy, but that is what we wanted.Got two other rings resized, price to get it done and turn around time was reasonable.

Two years ago my husband purchased my wedding ring from here as a upgrade/christmas gift. two months after getting the ring a stone fell out. took it back and they fixed it but had to call to see if it was back because they never called. a few months later another stone fell out took it back and they fixed it and again i had to call to see if it was ready. this past June the whole center stone and mount fell off and I heard it hit the floor so I took it and they so called fixed it here it is 6 months later and it has fallen off again. where it fell I don't know just happened to look at my hand and it was gone. Went to Grand Jewelers today to try and get my ring fixed, they told me since I don't have the center stone there is nothing they can do about it. The lifetime warranty only covers the ring if it is a missing stone or I have the piece that has fallen off. We asked if they can just swap the ring out with the same or equal value ring and they told us no they would give us $1,500 and I would have to upgrade the ring for twice the amount that they were gonna give us for my ring. Even said even if I had the center stone they would give me $2,500 and I would still have to pay for an upgrade. The salesman also looked us dead in our face and said we have had people come back a week later with missing stones. why would you tell that to a customer. It's telling me your jewelry is poor quality. I have had nothing but problems with this ring since my husband purchased the ring. Sorry Grand Jewelers that is not a lifetime warranty and since you wont do anything to help me get my ring fixed I will no longer support your business. I advised anyone that is thinking of supporting them to think again

Mike and his staff will get you the highest quality for the best price. I was shopping for a bracelet for myself for the very first time and knew nothing about Jewerly so went out shopping and educating myself. I met plenty of fast talking slick salesmen in my journey. Mike made me a beautiful top quality bracelet for a very fair price. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and go see him first. He is in it for the long haul and not to just make a killing on one sale. I will go back for any of my jewelry wants, repairs or maintenance no question.Great people to deal with,Quality products, good selection and service they stand behind everything.There's no need for me to look anywhere else.Very helpful staff from finding the exact piece or finding something in your price range, the staff were friendly and helpful,highly recommend.

My husband purchased a ring from location and so far we have had to take it back 8 times to replace diamonds that have fallen out. This is very upsetting. The manager said that after the third time that if they kept falling out, they would replace the ring but every time it happens they just keep replacing the diamonds that fall out. At this point I'm afraid to even wear it. A lot of money spent on a ring that keeps falling apart!I do NOT recommend Grand Jewelers to anyone!

Went in before Christmas to buy a chain. I agreed to do the 101 interest free loan with AJ. I asked him if there was a fee for early pay off because after the 101 days there is crazy interest, he said yes, 5%. I told him forget it, I rather put it on my own credit card, he said he would take off the $100 for the difference of that fee so that I would continue on with the loan. I'm sure they get a spiff for it. He said I had to pay $84 up front. I specifically asked AJ if this goes towards the balance, he said YES. Because again, if it was anything extra I had to pay towards the cost of the chain I would have just paid for it outright. HE LIED. The $84 you are paying is the "admin fee" they are charging. My friend did the same payment plan and told her the same thing! When she went back to them they told her she had misunderstood. There is no misunderstanding - they lied to our faces. The product is nice, but I will never go back to them because they are not honest. Also, when I called the loan company to change the terms so it was 2 split payments and paid off within 2 months, they never saved the terms. I was so frustrated with them I just paid it off right then and there so I would no longer have to deal with them. They are not honest. So really you're paying an extra 5% of the cost of your purchase, with $84 on top of that if you're doing the loan.
