Yes every bad review you see here is correct! This place is the ultimate scam! I was going to check out a couple of fragrances due to the fact that some of them had coupon bundles. When I got to the register the older man would not help my associate put in the coupon codes as he refused to give me the coupons that store advertised! The poor associate even wanted to call the store manager to confirm that I could get my discounts but the older man just stared yelling and threatened my associate to not call the manager. I ended up just walking out because it was giving that the older man is just a stingy thief! Why advertise false sales and then try and trick the customer smh

Visited here from out of state first they gave me the wrong perfume then promised they would overnight me the right one. After a week of not being able to reach the employees by phone I finally reached somebody who assured me I’d receive the perfume shortly. I paid full price for testers not worth my time or money.

Before you buy anything you like in this place. Look up the item online so you can understand what it actually cost and is worth. They consistently price their item at a minimum of twice the price and try to convince you that you are getting a good deal. I did like the perfume suggestion however after I looked up the price I was surprised to learn I had been swindled….

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I WENT TO PURCHASE A BOTTLE OF CHANEL COCO AS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I WANTED THE BIG BOTTLE, HE GAVE ME SOME RIDICULOUS PRICE SO I SAID HOW MUCH FOR THE SMALLER ONE AND HE SAID SOMETHING AROUND 110-130 I CANT RECALL BUT HE CHARGED MY CARD FOR $189 FOR A 1.7OZ BOTTLE. A 1.7oz BOTTLE IS NO MORE THAN $120! I NEVER EVEN GAVE THE BOTTLE AS A GIFT BECAUSE I PLANNED ON TAKING IT BACK. NOW I CANT FIND THE RECEIPT! DONT TRUST THEM!

Always cross reference the internet anytime you deal with these guys! Always.The good - good place to get exposed to off thebeaten path and underrated fragrances.The bad - unscrupulous. For lesson known fragrances with an MSRP that isn't ubiquitous...cross reference the internet. A bad sale for them is about 1.5x market price. Learned this the hard way.

I love it. The employees were awesome. Very honest and weren’t pushy like some other retail stores I’ve been to.What bothers me about society these days is everybody thinks they’re an expert. What I loved about my Fragrance Outlet experience is the employees were so welcoming, and they’ll let you know if they don’t have the answers. Some people just make up stuff to get by, but there’s something very genuine and honest about the team who work here…. Having been a regular customerHighly recommend coming here!

This place is absolutely abhorrent and a complete rip off. My mother in law wanted a nice fragrance and the staff here talked her into purchasing one she liked for 70 dollars. The staff sold her on it by claiming they were giving her a deal, as the original price of the fragrance was 130 dollars, according to them. Come to find out, the perfume can be bought at Target, Amazon, Ulta, and Walmart for 23 DOLLARS. They refused to refund the money or exchange it, which led to a credit dispute being filed for her money back. Do NOT even bother walking into this store unless you want to be ripped off and irritated. Such a waste of time and patience. Do not buy anything from here.

SCAM!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! 3x MSRP!!!!This place upsells 3x the MSRP for perfumes. Bought a $74 perfume and the guy said that this is a very nice quality perfume so we believed him. Two days later I checked the price online and you can get this perfume for $23 at Walmart. In addition, on their company website the perfume is listed as $39.99. I went back and told them this and they cussed me out after I exposed them of their scam and never got a refund. Apparently even if you return it as new as you purchased it, you can't return it. This place is a scam, it's better to just order online or at a name brand store where they will let you return an item that was never opened or used and won't upsell you 3x or more the MSRP price.Edit: I have also filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General for Consumer Complaint, as these people need to stop scamming people out of their hard earned money.

This place scams people. I went today to get a bottle of cologne. He said it cost 35.99 after a discount and then tried to sell me another one for $25. He charged me $53 for the bottle and tried not giving me the receipt to see how much he charged me. I would not shop here again.

I came to this store to just browse and ended up buying 4 gift sets. Afterwards I had a change of heart and decided to exchange 2, another week later I went back for a 3rd time to exchange everything I had just bought and to buy Versace blue, Prada Lhomme, Terre d Hermès and Yves Y. I was surprised with how professional they were with spending over an hour each time helping me smell every fragrance 3 times over. The women I worked with would even write down the names for me on the testers so I would remember. I will deff recommend friends and family
