So I had never been to Arundel before, and it's sort of in the middle of nowhere. So you would think this hotel would be a middle of nowhere establishment, but it feels like it could be in Los Angeles or New York City. It's clean, cool, peppy, engaging. I really loved this hotel.

Update: I never read the reviews prior to today since I regularly frequent this establishment; however, there's a clear pattern in the patrons who have poor experiences with this Hotel which tells me what happened to me today is business as usual for this place. I have rooms booked for family coming into town and I will be promptly canceling them, this place will not get another dollar from me. Came here to warn of how poorly the staff will treat you but clearly this is a habit by the staff judging by a review left 1 month ago. My review of the restaurant Anejo explains the entire story but as far as the hotel is concerned, I spoke with the lady at the front desk of the hotel to ask for the contact information of the owner of Anejo. I wanted to let him or her know that I had to leave because after 20+ mins I was not served by anyone in this restaurant. This front desk lady tells me she's going to get the manager at GrillFire (no idea why since my poor service was at Anejo) but while she's "getting the manager" she gets the same hostess I reported having an issue with in Anejo and the manager, and the 3 of them are talking instead (they think I can't see them- clearly none of these women are very smart) while the manager is just staring at me from around a wall. Clearly this hostess is her friend and rather than prioritize tending to the customer, they are gossiping about what happened instead. These woman are clearly not professional at all. Rather than write paragraphs warning you all not to spend your money here, I simply wanted to have a conversation directly to them of my experience so they had an opportunity to make it right. But I was never given that opportunity. What a poor way to treat a regular who spent money at this establishment often. As much as I love the bartender at GrilleFire, I won't return to either place nor will I have my family stay in this hotel any longer. I've spent so much money at this hotel, paying for rooms when family comes from out of town and this is how they treat people. It's disgusting. I'm a Doctor, I'm not interested in spending my money at places with staff like this and you shouldn't either. Your level of service will be dictated by how much respect this staff thinks you deserve.

Chose this hotel after a great stay before and because my daughters only request after the 9 hour drive, on this trip was a hotel with a pool. We noticed bugs in the indoor pool right away and tried to clean them out. We thought we were ok until one of my daughters was bit and the other stepped on a pile of the maggots and we found more squirming around. My daughters now feel like there's bugs crawling all over them. Traumatizing experience.Update: despite a helpful but overly loyal front desk person there was no manager on duty. The front desk attendant called the manager, Lorraine, who was at home and Lorraine proceeded to not give af and gaslight me. She implied that all indoor pools had bug infestations and that I should be lucky that she allowed me to even check out without a fee. She then told me that this hotel was the only hotel with an indoor pool despite me having just called three nearby hotels, all with indoor pools that were open. She refused to help me at all.As of now, they still won't return my $100 dollar deposit and I'm at a hotel literally across the parking lot that has an indoor pool. For other hotels in the area, just know that management here will lie about your business to avoid accountability for their own business.

Pretty nice hotel to have a conference at. I really like how you don't have to pay for parking. The rooms were well kept and it was nice that the hotel had a lot of strip restaurants/shops associated with the place. The food was pretty good as well. So many different options and healthy choices which is very important to me. The staff members were very attentive and great to chat with. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!

A nice hotel with lots of amenities and updated rooms. There are restaurants on site which was very convenient in addition to other adjacent restaurants and stores. The area is nice and the hotel staff was very accommodating.

My friend's wedding was at this hotel so I decided to stay on site to avoid lots of back-and-forth. The hotel was excellent. The room was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. I didn't go to any of the restaurants at the hotel, nor did I use the fitness center or pool so cannot comment on those. They looked pretty awesome though. The catering & decorations they did for the wedding reception were all great.Lots of free parking on site as there is a garage attached. Besides the restaurants at the hotel, there are several other places within walking distance, including a bagel shop across the street that was pretty good. It's well-situated, next to several highways & expressways so it was easy to get to Baltimore & the surrounding area. If you're in the area, I recommend you check this place out.

Nice hotel! Plenty of restaurants close by but a lot are closed on Mondays. My room was very clean and the remote had a zip lock bag around it to show it's been sanitized which I thought was very unique. I had a double queen bed and it was super comfortable! The really do pay attention to detail. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It also took us to dinner close by which was very convenient.

I was having issues at the last place that I was living at and really needed some peace. I booked a night at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve, after noticing the hotel while at a dentist appointment a week earlier. The hotel is really nice for what it is. I find that hotels in this area tend to get run down really quickly as a result of this region being so densely populated. I fully expected for the hotel to no longer be as a nice as the photos advertised, but they've done a really great job maintaining the place. The lobby and common areas such as the pool, gym, and restaurant are beautiful. My husband paid for the stay for me an early gift for my birthday, but I ended up having to cover the cost as I was made aware at the time of check in, that the online payment is just a reservation fee and not the actual payment. I stayed in my room the entire time. A lot of attention went into the entrance and bathroom, with less attention to the actual bedroom portion of the hotel room. Even though the bedroom was simple, it was clean and comfortable and that's what matters most to me in a hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and I would consider returning for another affordable but pleasant staycation in the future!

I spent Valentine's Day 2021 here, with their Love is in the Air package, and it was a great experience overall! The package included wine , chocolates, robes, slippers, and breakfast vouchers for the bagel shop across the street.Guests also received early check-in of 11am and late check out of 2pm, which was a very nice touch!Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful--even when my fiancée and I were being kind of ditzy. We used the fitness center and the pool, which was scheduled in one hr slots per family for Covid regulations . It was so nice to have the entire space to ourselves. There are also hotel restaurants on site. The Italian restaurant is closed due to Covid, but bar and grill is still open. We ordered food to go, and everything was decent. I enjoyed all of the hotel amenities, and I really did not have to leave the premises the entire weekend. I'll add this hotel to my list of staycation spots to use in the future.
