This is the best pharmacy in the quad- state area. Craig leads with kindness and knowledge. I trust him. He encourages his staff to do the same. They do get busy, but if a mistake is made they do their very best to make corrections. In a growing push to make pharmaceuticals mail order, you cannot replicate the service you get at Reed’s Pharmacy in Hancock. They earn a 5 star rating plus more.

I took two prescriptions to be filled. One of them they were unable to fill for some reason; they apparently had to call my doctor for some reason. I was told I would be called when the prescription was filled; I have never gotten a call. Going on 3 weeks. Not impressed in the least.

I filled my prescription at Reed's pharmacy today for the first time. Very nice people. And when I almost passed out the very nice lady there made sure that I was OK and offered me water and was very concerned for my welfare. I think I will continue to go there for my prescriptions.

We were charged double for a prescription we get at Home Center Pharmacy for less than 20 dollars... this girl Tia tried charging us 40 dollars and when we complained she became rude. We said we wouldnt be back after this and as we went out the door she said good.. we dont care!! Thats obvious.. sad how people get treated when you call someone out for trying to rip you off! I hope you need medication someday and are treated this way Tia. Classy way to treat a customer.
