We had a flat tire on I-70E after work hours, and Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful. We were back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

Our driver and his partner were very kind and arrived quickly after we called on a Friday at 6pm. They then delivered our vehicle safely to the shop for a very reasonable price.
I highly recommend East End Enterprises if you need a tow.

Came to me within an hour sitting on i70 W. (even on Sunday Father’s Day!!!) Put air in my flat spare tire to just barely but thankfully making it to his shop where he was able to get me another tire back on my truck to make it back 2 hours to home. Fair prices, quick responses and super nice people! Would definitely recommend their services.

Coming home from Deep Creek on a Sunday afternoon we blew a trailer tire. Called East End and he meet us at his shop a 1/2 hr later. He had a new tire for us and the price was perfect! Would highly recommend calling East End if you are stuck on the side of the highway!Service: Tire change

If I could rate a zero I would. Over charged for towing and labor and car still isn't fixed. We arrived around 9am. Then we had to wait for the mechanic to arrive which was 20 minutes later. He began hook up a code reader to the fuse box to check the issues. We were told cylinder misfired, and piston rings were affected. Then some random customer pulls up and the mechanic stops working on OURS to work on theirs! They had t get tires balanced and filled, which took away 30-40 minutes from ours. He comes back to our car and lifts it on one side to see if he could fix it that way. NOTHING WAS DONE! He blowed some WD40 and air to clean off engine and debris, and then looked at his watch and said he has to go pick up girlfriend and there was nothing else he could do for us because it needed more work but he was ready to go. By this time it's 3:45pm. WASTED OUR TIME all day and for nothing! Then turn around and BLOCKS US IN... and charges us $300+ ... EXCESSIVE and UNNECESSARY. We paid what we could because of bank issues and we agreed to pay the rest next week. We didn't expect the bill to be that much and we wasn't prepared for that high bill. They finally moved to let us out and we have to drive 30-45 mi all the way home because it never got fixed. I will not be recommending to anyone. Very unprofessional. I appreciate the effort but try harder to please the customer that was there first.

Highly recommend. Called them at 8:30 Sunday night for tow (after waiting on side of I-68 in the dark for 3 hours after the "roadside assistance" we pay an annual fee for repeatedly failed to find us a tow). Mike was so helpful and came right out - and was happy to tow us over 35 miles to the dealership.Service: Car towing

While traveling through Hancock on Labor Day our van broke down these guys were not only open but where able to get us back on the road . They were not expensive and were very pleasant to deal with! Would definitely recommend!!!
