Excellent products, fantastic customer service. I've been a customer for 12 years. And ever since then, I'll occasionally try other skincare products, and I still haven't found anything comparable. MUAC is simply the best. I highly recommend this brand/company. The owner cares and it shows.

I have been using MUAC for around 10 years. Nobody believes that I used to suffer from adult acne when they see my face.It took a long while to convince my husband to try your products for his cystic acne, but after years of using different antibiotics prescribed by his dermatologist for the cysts, he gave your products a shot and the change on his face is remarkable 4 years later.A few months ago, I ordered the green cleanser for a friend. It had leaked and I emailed you a picture of the bottle. You send her a new bottle the next day.Thank you for your great customer service, your reasonable prices, high-quality products and for literally changing and transforming people's faces over the years.

I used to enjoy products until I realized that the 1oz plastic bottles had 3/4 oz vs the 1 oz glass bottles! They have been skimping on product for years! Products are more expensive.....makes me question the efficacy/quality of ingredients as well! Update......... I opened these products to measure product in comparison to other 1 oz bottles so why would I send back for you to resale to another customer! Again another business doing dirty business!

Watch glass bottles vs plastic bottles! They are skimping on product! 1 oz of product should be the same no matter what bottles you use!

I love love love MUAC the glow up is real .They help keep my skin looking divine, so smooth, glowy and supple.I use their peels, mandelic, lactic and glycolic acids,the stem cell the enzyme peel the body wash and body peel.I hope they never go out of business, may they prosper and grow and keep the good products going and shipping is super fast l.

I wish I discovered their Mandelic Acid sooner. I promise you I have tried everything under the sun to deal with the skin issues wearing masks for almost 2 years has caused my skin. Nothing has worked with the exception of MAC Mandelic Acid. After 2 weeks of use my skin started to clear up and dark spots started to fade. I immediately ordered another bottle because now I don't want to ever run out. Magic in a bottle I tell you. If you are brown skinned and are afraid of stronger peels like TCA...try the Mandelic peel you won't regret it!

I ordered products a month ago and still it hasn't arrived. I could almost...ALMOST understand if shipping was free but I paid a whole $22 for shipping and it is still a month with no product. At this point Covid delays cannot be blamed because since this product has taken over a month and counting to arrive.... I have ordered similar products from another company and it arrived in 5 days. The method they are using for shipping is clearly cheap and easy for THEM but the customer is who suffers because you have to wait a minimum of 6-8 weeks according to their customer service. I wish this was disclosed BEFORE ordering!

Spa-strength peels for home use. I like their products a lot better than The Ordinary and the price point is about the same. They also give samples with every order so that's kind of nice. The only negatives are the high shipping cost and the less-than-friendly customer service if something doesn't work out. Their website also doesn't explain well what goes with what so you'll have to do your own research beforehand. It won't hurt to try them though and they frequently have sales.

Hello I used these people products on my first order it came fast in 3 days their products was all right so I decided to order more products with this company I placed the order on December 4th and here it is almost January 4th I still have not received my order I spoke with a customer service rep earlier this week on Tuesday 29th of December explaining to her that I have not received my order yet she said no worries we'll send another package and if you get the other package just send that back to us never got confirmation never got anything I've been begging these people to give me my refund or give me my package for a whole month now and I'm not happy with their company or their products this is ridiculous never again will I ever order from this company its better companies out here with better prices and better high-end products that know how to talk to their customers and their clients and be right by them there is no way that I had to go through the run around and if I don't get my money back I'll have my bank get my money back but either way I'm going to get my money back

Been using this company since 2010 when I was on the west coast . My skin use to have big hurtful bumps and look so bad since I was a teenager .When I tried makeup artist choice .. I thought it was a fake and didn’t know what I got myself into. Here we are 2020 and I still use it for myself and my two daughters. FYI, now I live in Virginia so the shipping is super quick !!
