I was in a bind and found this unit immediately! Tim called me to straighten my online process out. Face to face he's an awesome representative of this storage unit. Again very pleased with how quick efficient friendly and helpful!!! Thanks so much for a safe place for my things!

Very friendly and extremely helpful, she cleaned my bin, and showed me exactly were and how to get to my storage bin, and went over all necessary paperwork and security , very pleasant experience ?

I chose an indoor unit and didn’t realize until I arrived. While I was there I called Valley storage customer service and they were able to get me a slightly bigger unit Outdoors’ I was very happy about how fast they switched my Lease over. I’m new to Maryland and I don’t have a license yet but Valley storage does not discriminate the fact that I don’t drive ; I was instructed on how I could exit on foot, I couldn’t be happier with the service provided to me . Everyone I’ve spoken to at Valley Storage has been absolutely amazing ! I am going through a bit of a crisis right now and I am so lucky to have Valley storage , they have made things so much easier for me . Words can’t express how thankful I truly am

I rented the unit for about two years and never had any issues. When cleaning out the unit recently, your employee, Tim, was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and effortless.

This place is amazing I walked in needing a storage unit the were absolutely helpful in getting me one and when they realized I was a veteran they waved the processing fees to help me out on my move my wallet was also thankful. Highly recommend
