The leasing professionals are helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. Mia was especially outstanding. She was very patient with my questions and always made me feel valued. They made the process of applying and moving very easy. They made sure everything was in working order and showed me around my building and the community so that I'd feel comfortable. I'm very happy with my apartment and already feel like it's home.

The Bradford is a great and peaceful place to live. Maintenance and the office staff are aways readily available and do a great job. The grounds are well kept. I would definitely recommend the Bradford apartments to anyone looking to relocate.

I lived there for 14 years (2004-2018). I loved my apartment. I was next door to the laundry room, conveniently for me. I loved the white ranch fences (now gone) when I moved there 2004. Still a beautiful area, quiet, etc. Never a problem. I was near the shopping center, etc. I truly miss it. I have great memories ?

Office workers makes every effort to fulfill requests been made moreover when there are difficulties in understanding a particular matter office staff explained in a more simpler form, I believed they have everyone interested at heart.

Even one star is being generous Since being here we have dealt with excessive noise from the apartment above us on a near daily basis. We have reported them NUMEROUS times and time and time again it feels like nothing is ever done, even when the noise is in clear violation of the lease. Between the noise and the roaches, it's hard to know which is worse. If you want any peace of mind. Don't live here

Update 08/28/2023After lying to my face about not calling the tow company in my van, and saying they had no choice... There's a red Mitsubishi parked in literally the same spot where my van was, and it's now been a FULL MONTH, and magically it is still there. Like I've said... These people go out of their way to make your day worse, and don't even care to be discreet about it.Update 7/11/2022Bradford back at it again with their 1 start customer service. I will always update this, because anyone giving more than 2 stars is either fake, or account made from the office staff. I'd like to highlight right now, that the only competent employee in the leasing office, that actually does her job is susi. Everyone else, Jordan, to mia the assistant manager are absolutely incompetent, apart from rude, and dismissive. My parents recently got divorced, and my mother who has since passed away gave me her van. Unfortunately, due to her health she was not able to upkeep it... Therefore, the registration, and tags have been expired. It already has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with the van, amongst other things.. I woke up this morning to a wonderful tow notice on the van, given the van has been there for about 2 months, but since I LIVE here, I did not think it was an issue. After realizing the date on the town was for tomorrow the 12th, I quickly called the main office to see if there was anything I can do, as I am moving, and getting rid of it this weekend. Jordan, who first answered the phone, at first sounded nice. Then once I began speaking, she quickly changed to a very bland dismissing tone. I explained the situation, and she asked me to hold. Then got back on the phone, and said "there's nothing we can do, it's getting towed tomorrow" with a small smirk at the end of her sentenced. I hung up, from how upset I was, and asked my wife to call. She was connected with the assistant manager, after being interrogated in why she wanted to speak to the GM. I speak with Mia, didn't have attitude, but full of lies. Mia indicated that the TOW company came and tagged it, and that there is nothing they can do. She gave me the tow company info, and after a quick 2mim call, I was able to not only get the tow company to come on Saturday, but also take it to where it needs to go. They then proceed to tell me that the main office called it in. I call back to let them know about the changes, and Jordan sure enough with her attitude "didn't you already talk to her like 5min ago". Mia thanked me for essentially doing her job. Don't ever trust these people with anything, they will do anything to inconvenience all of their tenants. They will lie to your face, and feel no remorse about it.

Don’t rent, I lived there for 4 years in building 47. My neighbor in 101 was racist, and always lying in me, the neighbor in 202 was very rude and racist, 101 and 202 are best friends and they’ll smile in your face and lied on you to rental office on you. The rental office lose rent checks. Maintenance are horrible, they takes years to fix stuff. I wouldn’t tell my worst enemies to live there.

I'm so happy i moved into the Bradford. I feel so much safer here than my old apartment in Hagerstown. It feels cozy for every reason. Im proud to call this my apartment and my friends love coming over. It's gorgeous, not infested with anything like my last apartment, clean (not to mention a brand new toilet? they really went to the max). I plan on moving for school in the future out of state but the years spent here will be great I already know! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
