Best way to move your home stuff. Delightful drivers and cost is very affordable compared to having everything ready for a one day move. It's great to be able to slowly move/pack over 30 days or more.

We scheduled PODs to be delivered to my home on 9/15/23, but I was told I hadn't signed the contract when I contacted them today to check out why they had yet to arrive. When I contacted them to make moving plans, they did not mention a contract, did not email me a contract, and informed me that the complete amount would be charged to my credit card 7 days before my relocation. They charged my card $2857.61 and an extra $268.00 on August 25th but have yet to deliver the PODs to my residence. I'm curious why they would charge my credit card if I didn't sign a contract. Is it OK to take someone's money but not deliver service? I employ movers to assist with unpacking the pods, and the fee is non-refundable. I am being told that the PODs will be delivered on September 26. I don't have a bed for my children to sleep on; I have an empty house with two children and a wheelchair-bound spouse. We'll have to drive 15 hours to Harrisburg before returning to Florida on September 26, and we're not 100% sure if they will deliver the PODs again because we can’t trust this company. We're getting xxxx repeatedly by them, and there's nothing we can do about it. I will never do business with this firm again.9/21/23 - I emailed you asking when the PODs will be delivered, but I am still waiting for your reply. Are you genuinely trying to help us, or is it just an act?

All great. It was worth the price. All of the drivers and phone support folks were great. Dale W from Hagerstown was the driver dropping off my pod. He went out of his way to place the pod perfectly

Dale A Woodward was very helpful with tips about how to pack a secure load. He dropped the pod exactly where I asked him to put it and once he picked it up you couldn’t even tell that it was here.Highly Recommended!!!

Shout out to Driver Dale A. Woodward who did an excellent job, everything went smooth except for some confusion in the storage address details but the driver and customer service helped sort things out and it worked out.

PODs Moving and Storage were very timely on dropping off and picking up the unit. They even came back and moved it for us in our driveway. Their customer service was very helpful when we had questions. The delivery driver Dale Woodward was very polite and great to deal with. I would definitely use PODs again if I need the service.

If I could give PODS ZERO STARS I would. Do not give your money to these con artists.PODS is hardly military friendly and has provided such a horrible moving option for my family. Our experience with PODS has been nothing but frustration and lies.- We were charged more than I was originally told and were not allowed to put in a dispute for this.- Our first pick up driver did not call with enough time in advance for us to be fully prepared to have the filled POD picked up (I was told the policy is at least 30 min in advance, but was called with less than 10 min warning of pick up).- The company did not provide the weight tickets I paid for, and repeatedly gave my husband and I the runaround about them, saying that the digital file was not able to be opened, and an incident report would be filed, which I never received information about, and the MANY representatives we spoke with would not give us helpful updates about this situation.- Several phone representatives hung up on me and one abruptly and without notice ended the online chat I initiated- We had scheduled the pick up of our empty POD for a Saturday, no driver called or came, facility manager did not call, could not be reached, did not seem to care. Pickup was rescheduled by a general representative for Monday who said facility manager would call Monday morning. Monday came, we called PODS reps 6 times, no driver called or came, facility could only be reached once (in the afternoon) and they did not call even though they told 2 reps they were going to. The facility manager claimed that they were "running behind" but that we were on the schedule - LIESThis company is ran terribly, needs better employees that actually provide well-done customer service, especially to military families who really need things done swiftly.

Our driver Dale was great. Helpful, punctual, communicative and informative. Made our move a little less stressful. Cheaper than hiring movers for a midsized house and gives you more time to move at your own pace.

They move your stuff at their convenience. Also, if you ask for same day drop off and pick up and get it confirmed it really means that they will drop it off and pick it up a few days later at their convenience. I highly do NOT recommend.
