I went here for a state inspection which was $80. They're friendly and very fast, they took me without an appointment which was awesome since I didn't plan ahead and i needed it that day. They found an exhaust leak at the flex and told me they would fix it for $700 since it needed a whole new part and everything. I was ready to pay this guy a weeks worth of pay. A friend of mine happened to overhear me talking about it later and when I asked him what he was laughing about he said don't go back to that shop. My friend fixed my car for $100. The part cost $75 and it took him an hour. The car passed a MD state inspection afterwards. How can you sleep at night while robbing people all day, every day? I just want to say Jeremy is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. Me and my family had Jeremy install 3 remote start systems in our vehicles and he walked us through each option he offered, how he installs them not to void any warrantys, and ensures everything looks and works like it came from factory. Please if you're looking to get a remote start system or any audio work done he is the guy to go-to.

Something was seriously wrong with our car 2 hours into a road trip and pulled into Dave's at 4:30pm. Dave was so kind and agreed to look at our car. He found the problem and stayed an hour after he closed to get us back on the road. We are so grateful!

The customer service is so good. They make you feel welcome and they sit down and talk to you eye to eye. Greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in and see you off with a wave. Great people!

Jeromy did an awesome job with installing new stereo my older model truck. I asked for a basic model and he did exactly what I needed, no up sell or hidden prices. Glad I found him. Will be my future go to guy for all auto needs.

This is a response to my son's truck. He was having exhaust issues and needed to get fixed. They looked it over and called him with diagnosis and estimate. Was finished sooner than expected. Work appears to be solid. I'm sure my son would go back for any repairs he would need.

If you are looking for the best company and person in Washington County and surrounding areas to handle you car audio needs you have to go to Jeremy of PIC Auto. I have had a lot of vehicles in my time but I haven’t met anyone as passionate and a perfectionist as Jeremy. He also can pretty much do anything mechanically you may need as well. He took time out to explain to me what he was going to do. He gave multiple options of how I could accomplish my vision for the truck and he took care of the rest. His prices are affordable and actually less than what his genius is worth. When I got my truck by OMG is all I can say. Work was pristine and I could not tell that he touched anything which is what I wanted. I will be going to PIC Auto from now on out. He has gained a loyal customer. He is a consummate professional. 5 star for sure!

Jeremy did fantastic on my truck! He installed a backup camera, bluetooth stereo, and speakers on my Dakota. The truck is 16 years old, so it needed some work underneath as well. Jeremy not only did the upgrades, but did some much needed repairs underneath. The truck drives so much better now. Also, his secretary, Meg, was a pleasure to work with. If you're considering having anything done to your vehicle, go see Jeremy!
