The homophobic pamphlets prominently displayed at the entrance are disinviting and off-putting. Why promote political propaganda/indoctrination at such a popular market? It's so annoying. As someone who is ethnically Anabaptist, I am disappointed in my Amish cousins at the market :(

Incredibly crowded! It is a Saturday, so I'm sure busier than normal. No carts available and clogged aisles full of people. The selection looked amazing. We came out with buns and a lemon roll. Would have got more if not as crowded.
* update, After trying the lemon roll, must admit it was terrible, very dry and we ended up throwing it away.
The pretzel buns however were delicious.

I recently bought a loaf of banana bread from the bakery and the label did not indicate anywhere that there were walnuts in it. I’m not allergic, thankfully, but I don’t like them. If I was someone with an allergy, that could have been life-threatening though. Instead of just labeling it “Banana Bread,” it should have said “Banana Nut Bread” or have another sticker that says “contains walnuts” on it. Also, it really bothers me that none of the foods you buy have dates on them. I really love the market, but those few things could improve in my opinion.

The shops inside here are hit or miss. I find everything in the bakery overly sweet. For example, the apple pie has more sauce than apples. In the deli, the cucumber salad is sweet, the potato salad is too sweet... You get the idea. The BBQ place is good, and the prepared food places are good, too. Great place for seasonal fruits and veggies, hard to find candies, local dairy, and of course, Amish furniture.

Really good food and baked goods here. They also have a large selection of antiques and trinkets if that's your thing. The pretzels are amazing, same with the classic Pennsylvania style whoopie pies. Be wary of the donuts though, they taste funky and sort of like a bad funnel cake

I love going here. My friend told me about this place and I'm hooked. I just recently went to the pork and ox roast and ate the oxtail. It sounds horrible, but let me tell you it was delicious. My sister got the pork sandwich and really liked it too. Our sides were good as well.

The place is relatively small, but there is a nice selection of items. Mostly food related but there are a few other stands with gifts and crafts.
