They always take care if us here.. great bunch of people. We had our car towed in when it wouldn't start using complimentary Mercedes Benz roadside assistance. but they still got us out in a day.. Honest and fair.. if something doesn’t need fixing they will explain why rather than just take your money.. thanks for saving me $ Nick!

I recently visited this dealership looking to purchase a Mercedes-Benz GLC with only 5,000 miles. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon our arrival, the salesperson immediately used high-pressure tactics, claiming that another customer was eager to buy the car. This felt more like a ploy to rush us into a decision rather than a genuine attempt to assist so we walked out and let old lady got the car.
"Surprisingly", two weeks later, the car was still available. When we reached out to discuss a potential deal, the salesperson tried the same high-pressure approach, even mentioning that the general manager’s "of all Mercedes dealerships" daughter who got into car accident was interested in the vehicle. We let him know that in that case we hope she recover quickly and let her get car instead of us.
I expected a more professional and respectful sales process from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. Instead, it felt like the tactics you’d encounter at a used car lot. If you’re looking for a straightforward and transparent car-buying experience, you might want to look elsewhere.
