Not my favorite Family Dollar, but they have cleaned it up and organized it ALOT since the last time I was there. The cashier had his ear buds in listening to music and singing along to it, not focused on his customers (my only complaint).

I came by to this store to find Christmas decor, and found Christmas balls which is good for my diy, but the shelves are not well arranged so you need to spend time looking around. Customer service is ok, wish they are more friendly.

I walked from my house to this store before with a backpack on but the order day I had a backpack on so that way I could carry my bought items. I walked in and lady told me to leave my bag up front, I asked her if there was a sign that said I needed to take my bag off she said no so I told her I will not take my bag off unless you have a sign she said they make everyone do it. Which is a lie because days before my husband went in to buy milk and food for our kids and like I said we walk so we put items in the bag. So nothing was said to him about taking his bag off. So i walk in and automatically they are assuming I’m going to steal or something I told the lady I will show you what is in my bag but I do not have to. That was terrible customer service I told the lady I will not shop at this location anymore and will be contacting head quarters because I didn’t do anything wrong, and I don’t see any sign to take my bag off and put it in the front of store. And on that note I have came into that store before with my bag to buy stuff for my household and nobody has said anything to me. I did not get her name but she was Caucasian with blondish hair and a little heavy set wearing a black shirt. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get back home to my kids who were at home with the sitter I would have continued shopping and went about my day. But for someone to ask me to have my bag taken off is a HUGE ASSUMPTION IN THAT CASE. I did indeed contact headquarters and reached out to them and they did tell me that a sign is most definitely needed for a employee to ask me to remove a bag. I usually like this store but not anymore. The disrespect towards me was uncalled for , this isn’t the first encounter I’ve had with a employee

I carry a small designer backpack for a purse. Turned away business because I wouldn't leave my 5 inch backpack purse with the cashier.
