They absolutely get 5 stars out of us. Where to start. Shaun was very helpful, patient and “honest” my first day. What he wasn’t sure of, he referred me to the more aquatic knowledgeable personnel.
My second day. You could tell they care about the animals and their own with how they talk about them. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with building out our mini ecosystem for our turtles.
We will surely be sad to lose their knowledge, help, kindness and patience when we leave state. Best customer service of any store that we have visited in the past three states.

Absolutely the best shop in the area, owner is a great person and prices are very good. Also he will do everything he can to get you what you are looking for. The ower is a great guy and local family man .

Absolutely love Appalachian Reptiles & Aquatics ! Not only did I find the perfect pet, a small Ball Python, but the store itself is fantastic. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right pet for me. My Ball Python is the chillest animal, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This store truly has the best pets and service! "If you want to meet my awesome pet, come visit him at Tobacco Hut Hagerstown 2! He's a small Ball Python, and he loves to meet new people."

Awesome selection of fish and unlike other stores they actually carried what I needed to set up my tank and to match there habitat as close as possible. This is a more reputable place if you’re looking to buy fish I will definitely be back to buy more of these guys when I upgrade my tank size!

Amazing store! A must visit if you’re looking for fresh or saltwater fish! They also have a great reptile section and don’t get me started on Manny (sp) the monitor lizard. You have to see him in person. I literally gasped when he came walking around the corner. ?
The customer service was fantastic. He was Extremely knowledgeable and had a truly kind disposition.

Rainy day fun... Went to go look at some scales from land ? ?and sea ??.
Not only was it fun to look around, the staff were so friendly, they even gave my baby a free toy ? I highly recommend a visit here if you are in the market for a new friend ?, or even just to be entertained?
