Bad attention.
They don't help you with the machines... like the wellness one. I had already canceled at one point... because you didn't have the full blackcard benefits... and now that I'm back, the employees just stop talking to each other... they don't even move... hit that button... you have to leave .. and ask them to please help you... and they will think about it. They look at me as if I were clumsy. And what they don't know is that if I were, it would be the same. Payment for a service.

It’s in a really good location. The downfall is half the machines are in very poor condition or not working. The showers are not kept clean . I’m glad I have the black card and can go somewhere else. I’m just having to go further out of my way. Hopefully, there will be new management in place to request a remodel or update on equipment.

This is an Ideal sight. I’m OTR and by far, one of the best PF Locations.

I found it very dirty and dark. Lacks any natural light and the lighting is very limited inside or even on that side of the Mall

Staff members are professional and friendly Facilities are clean and equipment is well maintained.

Currently under construction but no mention of the lack of bathrooms and other amenities on the app. Not a nice surprise to get to the gym and see portipots lined up at the front door and 6mil plastic draped up letting the humidity in and the ac out.

Dear owner and stakeholders
After seven years of coming to this location, it’s time to revamp and refresh the Greenbelt, MD, location. The gym floor desperately needs to be replaced. The machines need to be restored or replaced. Attention to detail in cleaning all around. Dust, dirt, and grime are unacceptable. Greenbelts and adjacent areas are becoming popular, and the community deserves a planet fitness that sets the example for surrounding ones. PF in Ponce, Puerto Rico, is by far the cleanest and best-kept PF. Give them a call for advice ;).

Very dirty, lacking most of the good gym equipment. Not in a great part of town.

Everything is dirty and gross. The machines were dirty; the floor was dirty. There were only like 7 ellipticals, and the first one I got on was broken.

This Planet Fitness location is extremely disappointing. The gym equipment is consistently dirty and in poor condition, making workouts unpleasant and unproductive. The changing rooms are filthy and poorly maintained, adding to the overall negative experience.
