While I love HerImports hair and have supported them for years, they are manipulating buyers. HerImports bundles haven’t been full priced in YEARS. They always are promoting a “sale” offering regular priced bundles. I received a $100 CASH VOUCHER to utilize now I’m being told I can’t combine it with other promotions. The young lady even mentioned she’s seen people trying to use the voucher excessively and can’t, that’s terrible customer service. When the CASH VOUCHER was issued I was told there is no expiration date and acts as CASH VALUE. I can’t understand why a CASH VOUCHER can’t be applied. It’s basically a credit towards the purchase! That marketing bull on the site showing bundles regularly priced $300+ is fake as hell, yall haven’t sold bundles at those prices since 2018. I hate to say this is my last time supporting. It’s giving yall struggling to meet them profit margins and can’t honor your discounts!!! Yall charging regular prices trying to act like yall offering a sale. Everybody knows $147 is REGULAR PRICING for a 24inch bundle… No shade but I’m highly disappointed. Then you have false advertisement hanging in your office promoting “happy hour” bundles deals and don’t honor them. Weird scam like activity

I use to shop here all the time. Now for the last 5 months they never have hair in stock longer than 18 inches. The guy told me when I called it’s because they get robbed a lot. Get better security or just close. They hardly ever answer the phone.

I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism I experienced today. The hours online showed the store opens at 10 am. I arrived a bit early waited until 10 after and no one showed to open. I then called and left a voice message because no one answered requesting someone to call me as I was waiting outside and didn't want to waste any more time if they were in fact not opening today. No one returned my call or showed to open the store. I watched three other people arrive and leave because no one was there as scheduled. I eventually left at 10:40. I will also contact the customer service link on the HER Imports website to express my disappointment.

I have visited this establishment since they opened and brought thousands of dollars worth of hair. The vendor has changed a lot, the hair has a smell that gets stronger when you wash it smelling like a wet dog. After my last purchase a waste of $450, I had the hair in for a little over a month. After washing it’s in knots. My experience going to the ladies in the office was great, so this review is coming from a good place and a wake up to the vendor prayfully! I know people want a good place to go to and the beauty supply store seems even better than this place now smh, even though I switched to another vendor locally in Maryland no complaints smell, etc. You get real Indian hair, use up to 5 years, etc. Please think about the money and investment that people are making and we are already getting ripped off right and left everywhere. So, having to go to a vendor who knows and was ensured by a wholesaler knowingly meaning the (smell, life of hair etc). And, say oh well they’ll buy anyways it is not cool and from a profit standpoint meaning they will have to come back more often is wrong and lines your pocket. I know how the game goes! Hope this honest review helps as I read the others and it’s basically the same regarding the hair minus the ones that may get a kick back for supporting your company. We got to do better!

I’ve placed my order a week ago and it hasn’t even shipped out yet. Been trying to check the status of it but nobody is responding via email or phone. The store hasn’t had long hair in months. This will be my last time ordering from them.

The customer service and experience has went down tremendously. I probably purchased thousands of dollars worth of hair from this place for years from this location and virginia especially when they had young ladies running the office. Now there is young man there who rarely answers the phone and is rude when he does. They never have any hair in stock. I literally just called and it went straight to voicemail while making this review but there are suppose to “open”. This used to be my go to spot, now I have to find a new place which is hard in the dmv

I went on a Saturday to buy hair at the geeenbelt location at 1:00pm. They supposedly open at 10am. No one was there, and no one answers the phone. I waisted my time and I felt inconvenienced.

Location “shut down” but for some odd and apparent reason it looks 100% open. drove all the way here to get some hair for an upcoming trip. Why is there a sign on the door that says call first before entering as if y’all are open? I called the phone # as instructed and the lady on the phone who is very polite said the location is closed and you need to order the hair online. So if that’s the case please update your Google hours maybe, or put it on your website or better yet take off the sign on the door cuz it gives the impression to potential customers that you may be open. Why am I calling your number? So you could tell me you’re closed? Wouldn’t it be better for one to know this information B4 making the drive to your lousy establishment? Welp! Looks like I’ll be ordering hair off Amazon. what an unprofessional business !

This is a review of the company not the site. I ordered online and they gave a timeline of when the hair would arrive. It never came. I reached out to customer service and am still waiting to hear back and no real solutions were given. NEVER ORDER ONLINE!!

Nothing but a horrible experience online and at physical location in Maryland I ordered my hair on September 19th and waited nearly two weeks where I had to reach out directly to them to find out the status of my order. I was giving the runaround and then told that my shipping address was different from my billing address and that my order was canceled which did not make any sense as this was not prohibited and nothing was initiated by my bank. I only knew this because I had to reach out to them I didn't receive an apology, no humility, and inadequate customer service to salvage the situation I then received an email a day after I requested a cancellation of the order telling me that I needed to send a copy of my card and my ID which made no sense under the guys that it's from my protection I asked to cancel the order and called the Greenbelt store directly so that I could place an order for pickup and payment in full in cash I tried to give them another shot and as we speak I had spoken to a Brandon and was told that they would place the hair on hold for me and that I could pick up today only to find out that once I arrived there driving from Baltimore City no one was there at the door their answering machine was completely full repeat it calls and another customer showed up and no responsiveness to the door or to the phone calling them as instructed it is 2 hours later and no responsiveness save your money and go elsewhere I can't believe this is almost a month of back and forth and neither the website nor the physical location is any better I will never Patron a place like this and this customer service is deplorable

I agree with the young lady who left a review 4 months ago. The quality of hair is not good . The shedding is terrible and my curls are flat after cowashing. (Premium deep body wave )My first purchase is 2019 of the same hair was amazing.The customer service is good and they are polite .Update and reply :I agree, my google handle doesn’t require my real name. My gmail account is not the one used for my order.However, I have reached out prior to posting via email and provided information asked for. Moreover, recently I spoke with/ FaceTime a young lady that was super helpful and kind to me . She gave me tips on how to try to revive the hair until a suitable solution is found.
