Sadly, this store could use more training. Every time I've gone in, I've received incorrect or unhelpful information. The staff I have met are all very young and seem to lack knowledge about the plans or products. I'm not sure if these things are correlated, but there doesn't seem to be a senior manager to help with difficult cases or potentially difficult customers, so the young staff have to "defend" themselves and deflect substantive questions. I have be incorrectly charged and directed to incorrect sites. Once I even came back to the store out of pity for the clerk who forgot to charge me for a case because she was going to pay for it out of pocket. This is sad. Another time, one of the clerks felt threatened or disrespected and simply disengaged and gave up on herself. The staff seem to want to be nice, but I think they're just really young and inexperienced with customer service and Cricket. I have had to call a friend of mine who owned and managed other Cricket stores to fix the errors the clerks here have made and will avoid this store at all costs in the future due to the inability of the staff to adapt or go beyond "I don't know" and "There's nothing I can do." If all you need is to pay a bill, then they're probably adequate. If you have any problems with or questions about a service option or phone, Google is better prepared to help.
